I don’t know if it’s ok to define ‘not smile and say anything (at least thank you)’ as rude. But overall I felt like I SHOULD NOT STAY IN THERE TO EAT. Even when I pass my empty bowl/dishes for manner and the lady just grab it rudely with a cool face The food was ok, definitely worth to go if you want something light and healthy on one of those days. But for me I won’t go again as I had a very unpleasant experience.

今日lunch想食菜 就決定搵個地方食沙律呢間舖頭平時都幾多外國人食今日就決定試試佢！呢度主要賣sandwich同salad全部都可以任你配填紙仔剔你想要嘅嘢就可以喇 都係逐樣計錢Salad base $45有baby spinach, fusilli, mixed lettuce, brown rice & quinoa四款可以揀多過一樣架沙律醬方面有caesar, honey mustard, vinaigrette etc. 我今次base揀左fusilli + mixed lettuce + honey mustard dressing😆😆配料我就揀左roasted chicken + roasted pumkin (唔記得分別幾錢 但成個沙律total $69)仲可以揀free toppings: sunflower seed/ a slice of bread/ crouton我揀左麵包 但我覺得唔太特別同埋個沙律本身已經好大份好飽 所以我建議可以揀另外兩樣試吓沙律一打開已經mix好晒每一啖都有honey mustard嘅香味鍾意個醬甜甜地但又唔會重口味撈埋啲菜好fresh

Possibly the best salad I’ve had in HK! Great portion that was pretty filling and everything was mixed so each salad leaf was coasted with hummus. The grilled tofu looks burnt but actually tasted amazing. Grilled eggplant was so good that it deserved a close up shot🍆一直很想試Knead的salad bowl 終於有機會拔草了🌱下單的時候還糾結要吃沙律還是三文治最後還是選了自選沙律 打開外賣盒後就知道沒選錯沙律底選了螺絲粉和沙律菜 包埋一塊法包 份量超多食曬超飽配料款加錢 超級推薦烤茄子 好食都特地為它拍了特寫照 另外還有焦糖洋蔥 日曬蕃茄 鷹嘴豆蓉 烤南瓜蛋白質則有烤硬豆腐 看似烤焦但又幾惹味餐廳好貼心將所有配料拌好 省卻自己拌的麻煩如果所有沙律都咁好食 日日食都沒問題😋

Visited for the first time for lunch today and I'm in love! This place offers custom-made salads and sandwiches with a large variety of options to choose from, so there is a lot of flexibility and many possible combinations. I chose rustic rye roll, tuna salad, tomato, baby spinach and Dijon mustard for take-away. You can also choose toasted or untoasted and I chose untoasted because I was in a rush. 星期五晚六點左右，我要吃少少東西，墊下肚就去應付晚上的工作，路經這間三文治店，店內無咩人，應該好快有得食，好，就試下。一個三文治要六七十蚊，幾貴下喎，哎，入左嚟又睇左menu，店員又準備好幫我落單，算啦，照食啦。麵包得 rye roll，ok，健康啲，餡料選左火箭菜、烤南瓜 & 烤雞。三文治好快整好得食！用木板上枱幾靚，幾精緻咁既樣，但係真係好細舊，食完好似食左陣風咁，味道一般，沒太大驚喜，個人覺得食subway仲好啲，無咁貴、好味又飽肚。
