工作關係經常錯過了午餐變了3點才有機會補食午飯食一個全午餐又太飽下午茶就剛剛好去到細看他們餐牌 才知有雞翼 剛柯打完又口痕想食薯條 好再來多個即炸薯條薯條非常不錯薯心還冒煙❤ 雞翼外微脆內鮮嫩❤ 味道好好食完剛剛好 下次再encore 繼續閱讀

餐廳環境好Cozy,服務很好,食左好多野😋小店主廚係喺法國人Timothe,曾於法國米芝蓮餐廳任職多年,對自家出品嘅食物水準要求嚴謹好味所以掛住食,而且暗黃燈影野食有D難度...食物的實質的賣相比相片好🤣 繼續閱讀

第一次去吃了鴨胸,驚艷!因為外國廚師的presentstion很捧(用slate圓盤子上菜加上廚師用心擺設),第一次去女待應已經把賬單搞錯了,返家後才發覺,他们算多了$100,不知是無意還是故意。一個月後再去,變了一個香港年青廚師,用上一個普通過普通的小碟上菜,鴨胸、醬汁丶沙律什麼也堆砌在一起,感覺他是馬馬虎虎的處理,我想我自己在家弄得還比這個好。一段時間內我也不會再去了。Very impressed by the duck breast at my first visit because of the food presentation by the western chef. I loved the skate dish and decor, obviously food quality was great too. Enjoyed so much the duck breast with a red wine. But our bill was wrongly calculated and we were charged $100 more than we consumed. I didn’t notice until I got home. A month later we went back, but the chef was a young Hongkong guy。No more slate dish, the duck breast, salad and sauce were all squeezed in a small dish so.... behind the somewhat French looking decoration and the generic name (like seeing Japanese restaurants named Tokyo Sushi, Kyoto Sushi are dead giveaway for restaurants preying for the less educated crowd), I really should have known better to avoid. The truffle mushroom Parma ham (is that French?) pasta which I ordered, was surprisingly overcooked, overly salty with watery sauce. The mushroom, I gather, was the preserved (in a jar or a can) variety and Parma ham likely the choice selection from Wellcome (which I didn't bother to try).it was such a forgettable experience and sad reflection of the restaurant scene in hk: small shops had to pay exorbitant rent so they get by with tricks to maximize kitchen utilization, cutting ingredient cost and spend zero energy trying to differentiate from a local cha chan ting 繼續閱讀

星期日四點來襲。店內無客,我們包場。本以為有brunch可吃,不過可能星期日無。不過既然一場到來,就試下吧,可能有驚喜。點了一個慢煮雞胸配薯蓉。菜一上枱,香氣撲鼻,令食指大動啊!雞胸很細膩,嫩滑。配上汁,非常好吃。大抵系暫時吃到比較好吃的雞胸肉吧。薯蓉加了忌廉,吃起來很有薯仔味。沙律也很新鮮。以極速吃完,非常滿意。因為吃完還意猶未盡,追加朱古力酥和牛角包,每樣都係18蚊,吾貴。而且,一試,不得了。真的很好吃,第一次吃到這樣的包。外面那一薄層非常脆,而包內裡系香軟,極具面包香,加上十分温柔的感覺,好吃到爆!古力力酥跟牛角包口感略同,但加入了香香的朱古力可可味,整體味道不會太甜,恰到好處。下次經過會再來的。 繼續閱讀
