Everyone needs to detox from heavy eating and drinking every now and again and yet not many of us have the luxury of having healthy food prepared for us (nor the talent of making it ourselves). It's also a good place to sit and watch the world (or at least the part of the world that hangs out around the escalators) go by.
Unfortunately my lunch there was quite rushed - I barely had time to finish my huge plate of salad.
It's not exactly cheap, but if you had to go out and buy ingredients as fresh and hard-to-get (in HK anyway) as these, it wouldn't be much cheaper.
Couple of complaints:
Coffee is crap, because they seem to use soy milk by default and they don't seem to know how to froth it properly (or they're using a kind that doesn't froth at all).
They also gave me yeast-free bread with my salad - I know this is a 'health food' place, but health doesn't meant gluten/yeast-free and dairy-free - yeast, wheats and dairy can all be organic...
