Actually I went there in Aug 2004, 's been quite a while already but I feel like leave my words in a sudden What should I say...hmm...it's a nice restaurant I'd say. I love the decoration esp. at night if you're sat in the 3rd floor (outdoor). The light is dim and when the breeze comes you feel refresh. Wood and stone furniture with a candle on the table. 星期日的下午，同太座在中環區閒遊。朝早只吃米線的關係，二時許已覺肚餓。行經蘇豪區，太座對這裡幾有興趣，連吃素也不介意，就來了幫襯。我們坐在二樓靠窗的位置，聽著輕音樂燒著香薰，好一個假日優閒的氣氛。早餐賣到下午三點，我們就點了其中的兩個，分別是Egg Zoatar 及炒什菌，另外再叫了奶昔及雜果汁Liquid Lunch。先來飲品，從來也不喜歡花茶，所以太座的茶是一啖也沒渴過；我的什果汁是西芹加青瓜加紅蘿蔔加檸檬等等，味道不甜更有少少酸，老實講味道一般，不過應該對身體幾有益卦！我的Eggs Zoatar係一團菠菜加兩隻滾水蛋，蛋還是溏心的，清清地，當然好健康；太座的炒什菌味道就豐富一點，什菌還加入了蕃茄去炒，比我的好吃一點。伴以四塊太陽花籽的包，都算是幾飽肚。埋單二百二十蚊，都唔算太貴，因為以有機素食來說，真係要番咁上下價錢的。加上環境悅人又好坐，太座都相當滿意。當然如果一路食一路諗住食物對身體的好處，就更安樂啦！

朋友說這兒的環境同食物我一定鐘意，於是星期六下午便專誠跑來試試。果然樓上的環境很舒服。點了一個可選三個組合的沙律，包括有意大利青瓜、松子、燈籠椒、beetroot、barley、南瓜青豆。沙律極度新鮮，每款蔬菜都非常甜美。焗雜菜千層麵上桌時熱騰騰，好香，好好味，又做得一點都不油膩。另叫了有機咖啡，伴豆奶飲很可口。我的朋友真的冇介紹錯，我好鐘意依度呢！

2:30pm一個人o黎到依間想o黎好耐o既餐廳食lunch~ 樓下似外賣店格局多d, 當然上樓上喇~ 佢同南丫島o既Bookworm係同一個老闆, 所以裝修都走大自然feel~ 不過依度更甚~ 無論檯椅或窗框都係木造, 樓底好高, 坐o係窗邊, 柔和o既陽光射入餐廳, 好舒服~ 佢o地o既Breasfast去到3pm~ 我叫o左一個Herby Mushroom ($55)同一杯regular coffee ($25)~ Toast係全麥包, 再加o左松子, 外脆內軟, 好香~ Mushroom同蕃茄一齊炒, 用炒菠菜放o係底, 賣相唔錯, 不過菠菜油o左d~ 咖啡好苦, KC話有機就係咁, 咁我寧可選擇無機啦.... sorry! 佢o地仲有好多唔同o既蛋糕, 不過太飽食唔落~ 依度o既service好好, 好nice~ 就咁就過o左一個悠閒o既下午, 起程去大澳~ ** 不過..... 我都係鍾意Bookworm多d~ 好掛住個yoghurt cake!!! photo album:http://community.webshots.com/album/234162855FgqWG

佢啲食物同飲品，因個人口味，有啲ok，有啲就唔多like啦，佢sell健康，價錢幾貴下，所以抵食指數，我依個窮人只畀2分，但都試得過既因為地下同一樓都爆，所以上咗天台，只要唔好有太陽曬，呢度最舒服

I think I should own some shares of Life since I love it sooo much.Went there last night again. Had a fabulous power shake (the one with organic yoghurt, papaya and figs, forget what it\\\\\\\'s called tho) and the Calzone (like a big Cornish pasty) with house salad.The Calzone is very crunchy. The veg salad with polenta (sweetcorn cake) [$80] is really delicious & in a giant portion. The veg is very fresh. The wheat-free choco cake [$40] is yummy, too. Not too sweet, just right.Relaxing environment & it's a great place if you look for healthy food.

This is definitely my current favourite restaurant. I have been there about 8 times already and am lovin' it! It's the place that you can eat a lot and not feel guilty about it at all. I love their fabulous wheat-free chocolate cake.Personally, I think they do great salad, not just some simple leafy salad. They have a wide range of choices to choose from. 相識多年的鬼妹要返祖家，今日下午同佢食餐飯薦行。佢食素，中上環選擇不太多，記憶所及得德寶齋廚同呢度，咁佢當然第一時間來這裡。星期四的下午都坐滿，又是清一色外國人，得我一個本地人。費事諗，都叫了今日的廚師推介，加兩杯甘筍汁。甘筍汁先來，沒有下糖都幾清甜，唔錯；廚師推介是蕃茄牛油果沙律，加煎Green Lentil同芝士焗薄餅。焗薄餅夾有芝士熱辣辣，加入蕃茄牛油果沙律味道唔錯，好味又不似食素，份量亦足，不俗；呢度的Green Lentil幾大條，味道比平時買到的甜，以前不覺得呢味野好味，但今日就覺得唔錯。埋單二百六，加入環境、氣氛、同食物質數，實在唔算貴。說著談著，眨眼已成三點。情況就好像昨天才到機場接她的機，今晚就要飛走一樣。在門口說再見，已不知有沒有再見的機會了。要珍重啊！

This is a 2-sotrey bistro specilaized on salad. Marian Clarke is the owner from Ireland, she is cheerful, amicable and Lumioni's & Greens was the one I ordered which came with various kind of vegetable, carrot, pickles and cheesed tofu!! The dressing is sour enough to stimulate my appetite and the size of the dish is substantial to keep me running for the rest of the day outdoor.The decortion of the place mainly by timber which provides a home feel, I'd say.99.2% customers are westerners!

好羨慕呀GourmentKC可以keep住係soho 區搵食啊! 其實呢區都keep 住有d奇奇怪怪o既小店, 最o岩我呢d 鍾意新奇好玩刺激o既人啦!我上個星期都同個朋友仔係到食過晚餐. 果晚都差唔多九點幾. 樓下同二樓都都full o左.有型鬼佬serve o左我o地上天台. 開頭仲驚熱又有蚊, 原來佢o地係天台高處set o左幾把大牛角扇, 咁樣就等如有自然風, 又唔會吹到個人都亂晒! 幾好!講番o野食, 我o地叫o左一個好似叫Life Salad o既, 個sauce 係酸酸o地, 幾醒胃. 但係感覺唔似一般o既Balsamic Vinegar + Olive oil. 唔知係d咩呢. 沙律除o左一般o既菜之外, 仲有d nuts, 菇類同南瓜. 有三片organic bread. 好有質感, 唔會好似普通白/麥包咁得啖麵粉咁.之外, 我o地仲叫o左個唔知咩sweet potato african rice 什麼. 其實係有一兜用葡汁煮o既番薯+carrot+南瓜, 再加一d有機米. d 米幾得意, 好似空心咁, 食落去好似冇咩o野! 型. 我仲有一杯Life Shake, 不

又係同番果個外籍朋友happy hour，佢地成班人中晒呢度毒，日日來這裡開餐，大條道理，話第二度食野會食到好多農藥！有時注重健康係好，但又唔使去到咁激的，可謂過尤不及。所以又係選了這裡，今次就坐樓下，樓下雖然是外賣部，播著音樂點起香薰，都幾好坐的。可能是六點幾，又唔見有好多人車車轉。要了兩支lager，見佢D餅細細件，所以兩個人都叫了三件餅，分別是Apple and Quinoa、Polental Orange and Almond同Wheat Free Chocolate。啤酒是仍舊的淡口，第二次都有此感覺應不是心理作用；三件餅之中，以Wheat Free Chocolate最好食，朱古力味濃郁，咬落感覺豐富，但唔知係唔係因為wheat free，所以個餅好充實；Polental是粟米的一種，加入橙皮及橙肉，好有口感，味道亦不俗；Apple and Quinoa就麻麻，整得較散，蘋果味薄弱，反而肉桂粉味幾強，在兩個人分食三件情況底下，呢件就由我朋友食得最多，佢仲話係當店人氣No.1的餅，似乎鬼佬口味係有點不同。可能因為沒有蛋糕，較充實所以食完都好飽。侍應姐姐好樂意的解答的這個問題先

唔記得寫埋呢度地下亦兼賣不少有機食品，如啤酒、茶包、咖啡豆、豆奶、麵包及餐牌有賣的牧羊批及寬條麵都有，不過可能亦是因為用較貴的有機材料，所以價錢唔平。粿麥葵花籽包要45蚊一條，牧羊批及寬條麵要60蚊一砵，各式有機咖啡豆400克就百二蚊，而雞蛋半打就40蚊，不過就講明是紐西蘭來的，雞是在開心自由的情況下生蛋，叫「free range eggs」，幾得意。
