Liz's Cheese Cake Shop (已結業)

I thought I'd give this place a try since it was supposedly a cheesecake specialty shop.I'm a regular at Zoe's cakeshop around the corner and i always have their Blueberry cheesecake.Anyhow that was what i ordered from Liz's, as well as the NY Cheesecake.Both were disappointing. The cheese was dry and tasteless. Each piece cost $5 more than Zoe's but although it's slightly bigger in size I had 2 bites of each and just couldn't make myself finish them. Verdict: Go to Zoe's around the corner. T

經brown一役甜胃經已飽至九成，但仍然不肯錯過斜對面角的Liz's餅店。　芝士餅款式太多，雖有老闆娘很細心的介紹，3個女生猶豫了很久也不知從何揀起。後來我建議即時堂食一款餅了解口味，其實也是順便了卻未圓的芝士餅心願! 　被選上的堂食餅是未經焗製的芝士凍餅Hazelnut cheesecake($32)，口感柔滑如絲，濃淡適中的芝味揉合了榛子芳香，成功通過了口味檢定! 　在品嚐芝餅期間，老闆又請我們試食蝴蝶酥及杏仁薄脆，兩款均甜美清脆可口，引得嬌與龍馬上幫襯數包曲奇餅。而我始終對焗製芝士餅興趣更大，就選了較甜的Apple crumble cheesecake($35)回家品嚐；焗過的芝士餅始終較香，質感較實之餘也保持香滑，而且芝香交融蘋果金寶甜香口味，挺特別又美味，幾喜歡的!　如非地點太遠，飯局太多，真的還想試埋Oreo, cappuccino, caramel, lemon cheese等等口味....餅店又設all day cake set，滿吸引的，住在附近就好了!

以前我下班後, 都會去跑馬地散下步, 之後我沿途經過cake shop, 都會去歇一會食下cake, 飲杯茶, 都幾enjoy 的一個下午啦!!我已經差不多1年幾冇去, 所以再來enjoy 我的 tea ...我同我男友收工到跑馬地拍下拖, 睇下路人帶狗散步, 因為好多不同種類又可愛的狗仔會看到, 之後我們去了Liz's Cheese Cake Shop 食個cake, 歇一歇, 睇下magazine, 好enjoy的一個下午 blueberry cheese cake 芝士的味道比較不是太濃, 可能他們sell 的是<low fat ,low sugar>的關係, cake的味道都是清淡一啲, 消化餅底都好脆, 個cake 用的料都新鮮, 如果我們女孩on diet 都是不錯的選擇熱檸檬茶個茶好透徹的茶色, 不會太strong&太weak, lemon是剛剛切起, 真是好fresh, 個糖盅好cute, , 有觀賞的美感凍朱古力個味道比較差, 好怪, 不是太好飲, 需要改善一下環境方面地方雖細, 但是好舒適, 好幽靜, 又有sofa 位坐, 又有magazine 看,

食完越南粉, 距離「下場」仲有兩個鐘, 散步到呢間餅店飲杯咖啡食件餅. 見有 cake set, 叫了一 slice Oreo Cookie Cheesecake, 搭杯乜粉都唔要的 Cappuccino ($52).焗製的 Oreo Cookie Cheesecake 賣相不錯, 而且原來一個 slice 唔係好大. 餅底用消化餅, 用叉拮落去,「剝落」程度幾嚴重, 幾碎又幾乾; 蛋糕質感似足我最唔鍾意的日式 cheesecake, 食落乾乾0地又無乜味, 甜味極淡薄 (後來 overheard 到外賣客講電話, 先知原來呢度 d 餅賣點係「低糖」/ 「低脂」!),「媒」多一陣仲發覺帶酸澀味; 面頭的 Oreo cookie 腍腍的, 而最好食, 應該係頂層一小篤奶味濃郁的 whipped cream. 唔掂!Cappuccino 奶泡極企身, 不過成四份三杯都係奶泡, 會唔會多0左少少呢 -_-" 好在咖啡本身幾香, 算啦.環境唔錯, 而且全場得我一個客, 靜靜0地好舒服, 坐0係梳化邊食邊飲邊睇書, 絕對可以 hea 足成個下午; service 都唔錯, 女店員 (店

放學, 去了養和幫"地下鐵碰著她"問野(正經野, 讀者們不要想歪), 問完, 原來會考放榜後先有資料. , 雖然無功而回, 但難得入黎跑馬地, 就行一行, 找個地方下午Tea.一路行上山, 行到警署發現前面已沒有商店, 回頭吃. 一回頭, 第一間出現在眼前的, 就是一間專賣cheese cake 的小店. 放滿cheese cake 的凍櫃, 吸引了我入去, 看過究竟. 亦吸引了我, 坐下來休息一番.食過不少cheese cake, 大概知道點樣先叫好食, 點了一個Hazelnut cheese cake, 一用叉切下, 好軟熟, 個餅底亦夠鬆化. 吃落, cheese cake 唔漏. 一邊看著自己帶來的ACCA月刊, 一邊輕嘆咖啡及cheese cake, 看完書又打開手機, 打打遊戲, 周未放輕鬆.Coffee, 點了Irish Cream Cafe Latte, 個syrup不是太甜, 份量控制得好好, 再加了cream, 口感不錯. 個set, 買Coffee 送cheese cake, 地方又清靜, 價錢$52, 一個咁舒適的下午, 同咁有Quality既cheese ca

同朋友J探訪完大少爺, 漫步跑馬地, 想找找zoe的說...行下行下去到呢度, 我一見到"low fat low sugar"呢句0野, 就俾佢吸引0左去~~ XD店員扭介呢個CHEESECAKE, 就試下啦~~但係...我又唔係好食到芝麻味喎...除了在那些CREAM上的SESAME...比預期的差一點喎...不過餅底唔錯呀~~TEXTURE跟CAKE很配~~唔太硬亦唔會散~~幾好!!或者~~下次試下佢個STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE吧??不過...要$30一件, 我會掛住MEGABOX CHEESECAKE CAFE那些$32大大件的CHEESECAKE呢...但係, 環境就真的很不賴呢~~很輕鬆~~是個很適合傾偈0既地方~ ^^

與Zoe 一樣主打cheese cake，但cheese cake 類型有點不同，大家不妨點一件blue berry cheese cake，都幾濃幾好架!而且，店內環境都relaxed，店員又有禮貌，坐在跑馬地的店子，有好relaxed 的感覺，值得一去~

要了一件mango cheese cake, 冇乜芝士味又唔夠滑, 而且杯咖啡都係麻麻地. 唯一可取就係間shop冇乜人, 可以坐低hea 一個下晝都冇人理.

朱古力芝士蛋糕配熱咖啡$38,平過去Pacific coffee,而且又好食過Pacific coffee及Starbuck,環境又寧靜,梳化又大又舒服,好causal舒適的感覺.

I tasted this favour almost 5 years and never disappointed. Fresh blueberrys on top and cheese texture is medium hard with light purple color.The best blueberry cheese cake in town, MUST try!!

I've read some of the reviews about this cake shop and found that the negative reviews may not relevant. I went there with friends once and ordered 4 types of cheese cake: white chocolate, ginger, banana and lemon. The only disappointed is the lemon, which I agree with someone said it tastes like lemon cracker. Other types are good. They are all traditional western style: thick and baked (not chill). (18/3/06)早前打過去跑馬地店,問當日有無三文魚cheese cake,店員話跑馬地好少出呢個味,或者呢區人唔接受三文魚做蛋糕,怪怪卦。我心諗,你地明明係呢樣出名咕喎。唯有突登去沙田新城市廣場counter買。一义,心知不妙,面頭乾乾的,食落就知道唔係今日整o既!?(款款都淨番三件)更失望o既係,一D三文魚味都無,係有少少香草味,仲有條魚骨添...!!點呀!? >.<

I tried their NY cheese, Mocha cheese and what the girl in the shop recommended: Salmon Cheesecake. Both disgusting. It's very rough and not smooth at all. It seems that they just put things on top of the cheesecake and call it that flavour. Ummm... not good... not good...

本身唔係cheese cake 狂熱份子, 但尋日路過, 記得呢間野好似都幾出名, 於是就外賣左兩件baked cheese cake返屋企試下($24一件).ginger cheese cake既ginger都幾足料, 好似將d薑蓉混左入件cheese cake度咁, 不過都幾漏. apple crumble cheese cake, 其實只不過有層apple crumble響面, 但可能有d cinnamon同蘋果味, 食落反而無咁漏.整體黎講, 兩件既質地都非常heavy, 但又奇怪地芝士既味道唔算好濃. 喜歡american cheese cake既應該都ok既, 自己就...... 買果陣都已經開始覺得漏......
