難得行中環梗係試下龍蝦包啦!五點幾入去竟然冇人排隊買😮俾錢既時候見到原來follow左餐廳既ig就會送一罐可樂等左5分鐘就有lu我地2個人食,佢預先切開左同埋個盒可以搣開,係方便左好多👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻個包好多龍蝦肉❤️❤️味道好濃郁只係個包冇乜汁,所以乾身左D如果多返少少汁會較易入口除左試龍蝦包都有試帶子包😁帶子好嫩滑,一D都唔韌👍🏻👍🏻加上有汁,令帶子好creamy比龍蝦包更好味更驚喜!

有一排係興起龍蝦,咁我都要去潮興下啦試左係位於中環既呢間Lobster Central叫左個龍蝦包個麵包黎到,外面個層係暖既,但入面個層就係凍既可能係個龍蝦所以令到入面個包皮凍左成個食落口係感覺好清新,因為龍蝦本身個味都係淡淡地但係龍蝦就好新鮮,細細個,好快就比我KO左了

野食黎到,嗯...首先嗅唔到有太大既牛油香味,而且有點失望的是沒有跟任何薯條,早知就單點個松露薯條試試啦。不過一讚的是雖然個Roll比較細隻,但係龍蝦份量係多既,龍蝦肉就唔可以叫做好新鮮,但係爽口同無咩食到雪味既,很不錯啦。

加上店員混合了像是香草檸檬汁的調味,吃起來口感更清新,一點膩的感覺也沒有;包身和暖,略為不夠脆身,牛油味可多一點會更好。由於個包都幾細隻,要黎過過口癮就可以,係香港黎講可以算是不錯,不過價錢上相對高左D啦。

Lobster Bisque就比較失望少少啦,湯身濃杰,雖然口感上係唔錯,但係完全感受不到龍蝦既鮮味,只係好濃既咸味,真係好咸好咸!以HK$55這個價錢,只可以說不是太值吧了?

想知咩叫外脆內軟外熱內凍既roll就一定要試呢間!👏🏼👏🏼我最怕食roll啲野夾唔埋仲跌到一地都係 呢個所有野都勁match 而且仲完全打破左我對roll一定係好硬好難咬既印象🙀 重點係啲龍蝦肉又fresh又juicy😻😻❤️❤️試左呢個你會明咩叫好食到唔識形容😭Super highly recommend!!!!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Haven't been to Lobster Central for a while now but found out from 東網生活 that there are two new rolls and a salad.Lobster salad with yuzu dressing:Scallop rollulled beef short rib roll:A while ago I was going to bring a friend here for their birthday but as this place just opened they didn't open on that Sunday so now that friend was here on this visit.We started on the crab cakes which were loaded with silky crabmeat in the middle.They tasted nice without the mayonnaise.We also had truffle fries

A while ago I was going to bring a friend here for their birthday but as this place just opened they didn't open on that Sunday so now that friend was here on this visit.

We started on the crab cakes which were loaded with silky crabmeat in the middle.
They tasted nice without the mayonnaise.

We also had truffle fries which were sprinkled with truffle oil and truffle salt.
The truffle aroma was strong, but if it is not strong enough, there is a side of truffle mayo as well.

Now to my new favourite!
The scallop roll.
I am not keen on scallop but the scallop here is a MUST EAT!
As well as the scallop, it also came with coral (roe) and the colour of that coral was vibrant orange making it look damn delicious.
Not only did it look good, it was divine! I loved it because the scallops were lightly seared so it had that semi cooked sashimi texture and the roe was soft too in this butter sauce that was not too overwhelming.

My friend liked the Pulled beef short rib roll.
It tasted like pulled pork in a sweet smokey sauce.

The crab roll was just as good as the first time I had it.
It was pure delicious crab meat in the soft crispy roll and I was so happy eating it because how often do you get so much crab meat that is off the shell and without the trouble of deshelling it.

現在火紅的龍蝦包,個個都爭住吃, 今日我就黎左位於中環的lobster central.店內的座位都以高脚凳的bar 台為主, 禁又係,吃個包姐, 唔使撐台脚嘅lol看menu 我先知原來除左出名嘅龍蝦包原來仲有其他包,蝦,蟹, 蟹餅。 花多眼亂又貪心想試晒全部我就選左easy option, 內有3 個半份嘅蟹包,蝦包同龍蝦包, 仲有兩粒蟹餅,一包英國薯條(咩配搭?) 同一支飲品。開左包薯條等包黎。薯條係英國進口, 我選左海鹽味, 清清地不錯。餐到左啦! 其實講真,以呢個賣相收$250 有點先貴; 好,試味。蟹餅為一口size, 脆脆地,唔會太多粉, 仲feel 到有蟹肉,唔錯; 蝦包嘅蝦係雪藏蝦, cream 比較多,我覺得麻麻; 反而蟹肉包有惊喜, 十分有味但又唔會太多cream, 佢比龍蝦麵包更好吃! 龍蝦包都算足料,但略為唔較蟹肉包禁好味!

There is something about lobster that makes me stop in my tracks. And lobster rolls is pretty much a quick fix for those days when you can't do a little full blown lobster dinner. It seems to be the "It" food of the moment. I mean, if you go to Canada, the east coast McD's has McLobster. That's how trendy it's become when McDonald's gets in on the game.

Lobster rolls originated in the east coast of USA, most notably New England. They are traditionally served in a hotdog bun that is sliced down the top, all buttered up. Served with a side of fries or potato chips. It's the ultimate street food. Once you have one, you dream of having another.

There are a few places in Hong Kong that serve lobster rolls: Master Kama, Pop It, Mama Burger & Lobster ... just to name a few. The latest to enter this world is Lobster Central. A small shop located in ... yes, as the name states, Central.

Menu is in English only. There is no 10% service charge. You pay (cash only) at the cashier and wait for your order to be brought to you. They serve not only lobster rolls but also crab rolls and shrimp rolls. Fries are not part of the package but you can order it as a side. They do have a combo set that includes a lobster bisque and half a roll for $150.

I, however, wasn't keen on eating HALF a lobster roll. No way! I was here to gorge on the whole thing! No weak halves for me.

One lobster roll. Price? $138. Size? Not big. But it was enough for me to at least be not too full to have a little dessert elsewhere later. This was fairly good lobster roll. The bun was buttered. Actually, the whole lobster tasted buttery and glorious. I appreciated that the whole bun was filled with lobster meat and nothing else. No strange addition of salad bits (like Coffee Alley did). It was just biting into lobster meat and a buttered bun. I read past reviews where people found cartilage in theirs. I didn't find that in mine. Perhaps they read reviews and have improved on this by removing the cartliage.

Pretty good lobster roll. Best in town? Well ... will be going through the rest of my list to find out if it is. But for the mean time, not bad at all. And close enough for me to give it another go.

星期日黎到Lobster Central,好彩早10分鐘咋,之後就排晒隊啦,thanks god🙏🏻叫左個Lobster bisque($48)、Lobster roll($138)同Truffle fries($48)。Lobster bisque我就最愛架啦,碗都舔👅埋😆😆老老竇竇本人就覺得呢個Lobster roll並不是我食過最好味嘅,不過的確幾新鮮,我食到有淡淡檸檬汁添。至於個Truffle fries就真係估佢唔到咁上癮🙊好濃truffle味,停唔到口牙頂😆😆

說起近來其一在本地流行的食制,龍蝦卷 / 包可謂不可不提....城中有好幾間主打lobster roll的地方,收費大都不菲,動輒索價幾百大洋一整條,一向捨得吃的小弟亦覺有點肉赤喇脷。唯獨是這所位於士丹利街的小店,其價錢倒算收得合理,一個combo set內盡試了店內三款roll,再加蟹爪以及薯片sparkling drinks,兩人分吃每人花百多餘元走出門口算是合道了....小食薯片及莓口味的有汽飲料就基本上不用怎樣去評論了,只是在主角上場之前用來"涉牙縫過口癮"的東西而已....等候了不到一陣,一式三件屬半份份量的海鮮roll以及蟹爪便悉數登場....對我來說,龍蝦包必然是主角。但在一口氣試過三種材料之下,卻發現是最終被配角搶去了風頭....包本身算是烘得微暖而質地軟綿的,若連這最基本的元素也做不到的話那就不用繼續吃下去啦....失望的是龍蝦肉是一味的偏鹹且肉削兼全無甜味。這一類雪藏貨色,查實理應不可寄予厚望,您說是不是 ?同樣的情況亦出現於Shrimp roll身上,看起晶瑩通透的蝦肉一喵便知是屬雪至無味徒只得爽口之庸輩....試了一口後果真如此,吃後已無衝動去嚐第二口了....

對我來說,龍蝦包必然是主角。但在一口氣試過三種材料之下,卻發現是最終被配角搶去了風頭....

包本身算是烘得微暖而質地軟綿的,若連這最基本的元素也做不到的話那就不用繼續吃下去啦....

失望的是龍蝦肉是一味的偏鹹且肉削兼全無甜味。這一類雪藏貨色,查實理應不可寄予厚望,您說是不是 ?

相反不屬蝦類別,本應是配角的蟹肉卻令人留下較深印象 --- 肉雖有一點腥氣但甜度卻是比前兩者要強及突出得多了,而且在一小卷的開邊麵包上是滿滿塞了多得要瀉的鮮拆蟹肉,抵食度可謂爆燈....

我睇要尋覓到似樣夠水準的lobster roll的話,實在是不能吝嗇腰間錢,跑去別處試了....
