I found out about this Tiki rooftop bar on Instagram and decided to check it out with some friends. It has then become one of my favourite spots to hangout in Hong Kong. The watermelon daiquiri has the perfect balance of sweet and sour, and it's only $50 during happy hour. The place is quiet and chill at night on weekdays. I went to Mahalo on Tuesday afternoon to escape from the sun as it was very hot outside.My first step in in this venue brought me back on holidays with the Hawaiian theme and the plants everywhere. I decided to seat at the cool bar and I ordered a Haka Mana cocktail to the bartender.  It's made with rum, coconut flavours and couples of other ingredients which fit very well all together. A really nice and cozy place with great drinks and nice staff especially the lady running around the tables like a flashlight taking order.Really nice atmosphere and great to just chill out on the terrace.Drinks are slightly a bit higher priced than average but well worth the extra dollars.The new drink menu are fabulous and have both little strongercocktais as well as really nice tasting and looking drinks for females.Can't recommend it more just a great place. After dinner me and my friend want to find a place to chill drink so we went to Mahalo.  My friend recommended me to there. Love their interior and their terrance. I ordered a peanut butter coconut and banana + apple rum based drink and felt in love it with! We sat on the terrane and were so happy that they allow/offer cigars on the terrance. So no more struggle to think of a place to go after 11pm~

Mahalo Tiki Lounge is a really cool venue.I love going there with my friends, especially on Sunday after brunch. We chill on the terrace, enjoy the view and wait for the sunset!The staff at Mahalo is really lovely and helpful, the menu is rather big and it's presented in a treasure map which is amazing!The do really good Tiki drinks!I really like the Pina Colada for two which comes in a real pineapple!!The terrace is now full of plants so it looks like an small jungle!It's my oasis in Wan chai!

夏威夷風格裝修...地方夠大唔會坐得好迫仲有露天坐位。個感覺好自然好relax佢lunch賣既係魚生配飯或沙律帶女女黎真係無x得輸仲有杯特飲...個bartender望落好pro仲幾靚仔添

今日去咗間Tiki bar,感覺唔錯（雖然黑咗d)。第一時間就叫咗飲品同小食。飲品多數由rum酒mix果汁為主，酒精唔會太多，女士們請放心。野食方面我就叫咗個薯片跟三色醬。綠色個隻牛油果醬我最鐘意。之後轉咗坐吧台叫咗禁由blackberry & raspberry 為主，有小小花香味cocktail。我最建議大家坐吧台，因為幾時都可以問bartender有咩好飲最後叫咗杯有小小辣味得黎又有果汁味cocktail。坐向出面涼下風扇都唔錯。

朋友生日，一行17人去此店飲野慶生。各自點了飲品，我點了個Aged rum old fashion ....難飲!!! 像超甜的咳藥水，有點苦味添😖我們再點了傳說中的2個大西瓜$900/each和4個小西瓜$400/each，0我只飲到苦苦澀澀味😔而全晚，部分朋友也點了shoot，前後應該每人也飲了3-4個(shoot)....結果，全部清醒地離開，因大家也一致覺得，飲品內的含酒成份極少，以水、冰和糖漿為主，有點被騙的感覺😤P.S: 有某朋友在bar位等女友去洗手間時，親眼看見，waiter把客人離去了，執枱收回來的菠蘿，交俾barter ,barter竟然拎去沖一沖水，之後放入雪柜😱.......OMG!!! 以後絕對不會再光顧!!!!!!!

小時候真的不明白為何大人總喜歡去Happy Hour，但人越大煩惱越多，就明白了與人吹水飲酒能解百愁。就趁著星期五的晚上，來到這個世外桃源，雖然有點誇張，但卻是真有其事，尤其是現時秋高氣爽的天氣。平時工作壓力繁忙，來到這個甚有太平洋熱帶風味的酒吧，室內環境以竹子及木頭來裝飾，有種渡假的感覺，而室外的位置正正由於在大廈的頂層，只要對天仰望就能望見星月了，加上彷如熱帶樹林的環境，涼風輕吹的意境，真的有種世外桃源的感覺。此外，還可靜靜地欣賞一下灣仔的景色，十分寫意。除了裝潢有心思之外，連餐牌都有特色之處，以卷軸的形式送上，一打開就是藏寶圖般，很有趣，盡顯創意。既然是熱帶風味的酒吧，雞尾酒的口味絕對會要以冧酒為主，調酒師設計了一系列特色雞尾酒，而最為有趣的是每杯雞尾酒都會以Tiki酒杯都呈上，有很多款式的，未喝而陶醉其中。我點了這杯清新口味的【MAHALO MULE】，以Clémnet 1ere Canne Rum、青檸汁、紅莓汁、青檸葉及薑啤，入口清涼，酸酸溜溜，有著熱帶的風味。朋友那杯【Polynesian Love】以Pampero Especial Rum、杏仁酒、紫羅蘭酒、黑莓蓉及青

這日來到灣仔附近工作，回家前走進合和對面的QRE找個地方Happy Hour輕鬆一下。原來頂樓的酒吧近月轉成Mahalo Tiki Lounge。看店名都知道，這是一間主打Polynesian風的tiki酒吧，城中走這個風格主題的酒吧不到，那就一於選這家。一出電梯，已能感受到那輕鬆度假feel。處處可見竹籐枱椅、木雕tiki擺設及棕櫚樹葉圖案裝飾，氣氛不錯，很有波利尼西亞熱帶色彩。酒吧還有戶外露天座位呢。Mahalo有Happy Hour優惠，每晚8點前order指定飲品有8折。我們看看雞尾酒list吧。原來面前這卷如藏寶圖的就是雞尾酒單，有趣！「藏寶圖」上約有50種雞尾酒選擇。除了簡單解釋雞尾酒名稱和主要調酒外，連該款雞尾酒將會用哪一款杯亦有列出。所以我們選酒，除了可根據自己喜愛口味外，也可純粹選喜歡的杯款式 ;)我選了Polynesian Love ($120元)。以Pampero 冧酒、Amaretto杏仁酒、massenez creme de violette利口酒、黑莓紅桑子果蓉及青檸汁調配而成，入口清甜，不錯呢。朋友這杯是Honi Penny ($120)。冧酒加利口酒為主

禮拜六晚和好友慶生，下半場來了這家在灣仔新開的酒吧喝酒。這家酒吧今年六月底才開幕，位於灣仔QRE Plaza頂樓，非常容易找。一走進酒吧就被強烈的音樂震撼到，因為我們覺得這裏更像Club多過酒吧！！酒吧走的是夏威夷風混加70/80年代復古調，到處都看到Tiki藝術品。Mahalo在夏威夷文表示謝謝感激地的意思，Tiki這些用木雕刻的古怪藝術品其實是代表著受人喜愛和崇敬的夏威夷神靈，圖騰(tiki)酒吧在夏威夷非常流行，在香港的Honi Honi Tiki Cocktail Lounge和這家酒吧都是同一個管理隊伍，所以風格非常相似。酒吧不大，分成一半室內一半室外。如果秋天的時候坐在室外應該很涼爽舒服！我們第一個點的drink是這個Rum,酒裝在俘虜骨頭裏面很酷！店員說這是他們獨家釀制的，喝一口覺得非常嗆酒精濃度很高！！感覺喝一杯就會掛的那種，味道不是我喜歡的哈哈這杯是我們覺得最好喝的熱情果cocktail,店員拿上來的時候會點上火，看上去很棒！喝起來感覺酒精比較少一點，味道很熱帶很清新，很適合女生！這杯完全忘了是什麽，但是也是喝下去酒精味比較淡，比較容易入口的最後這個volcano c
