第一次黎到位於啟德嘅Sogo📍 估唔到裡面有咁多好餐廳正野食😍 好有驚喜❤️ 🐧 今次就㨂咗依間時尚又美觀嘅西班牙菜餐廳食餐勁嘅😘 餐廳特設有室外座🥴 開揚又舒服,有興趣可以一試🤗 主食試咗佢哋主力推介嘅西班牙海鮮飯🥰 特登落本加錢要埋2 大隻西班牙紅蝦✅ 海鮮飯大大盆熱辣辣上枱,鮮香四溢吸引死人😈 海鮮飯濃稠入味,口感軟糯美味☺️ 上面佈滿多款飽滿嘅海鮮👍 尤其紅蝦入口真係啖啖肉,食落超級滿足😆 選了兩款經典必食嘅甜品😘 西班牙油炸鬼新鮮即炸,上枱香噴噴油香滿溢🌟 上面潵滿甘甜嘅玉桂糖,沾上朱古力醬一齊食,滋味甘甜醇香,配冰涼嘅雪糕一齊食更添刺激😎 培茶提拉米蘇以精緻方型木盒盛載,加上草莓作點綴,賣相悦目🥰 甜品入口香滑細膩,味道集可可、咖啡和甜酒嘅滋味於一身,令人回味不已😋 㨂咗兩杯特飲😚 Cocktail 選了Kiku🌟 以蘭姆酒作基底,再加入蜜糖、梨、青檸以及梳打水調製而成❤️ 清新嘅果香與蜜糖嘅甘甜恰好中和酒品嘅苦澀感,飲落順口不嗆,頗易入口☺️ Mocktail 㨂咗Haru❤️ 由蘋果、烏龍同埋梳打水調合而成☺️ 飲落清新醒神,解膩又爽口👍 配甜食好夾🤭  繼續閱讀

We visited for lunch and loved the mix-and-match set options, allowing us to pick our favorite sides and mains. The weather was gorgeous albeit a bit sunny when we visited, so we opted to stay inside—but we couldn’t resist sneaking a peek at the outdoor seating with stunning views. Apparently this place transforms from a cozy cafe during the day to a lively bar/restaurant at night too𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟬𝟴We kicked off with the delightful 𝙎𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙥 & 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙘𝙝—a simple yet flavorful cold dish featuring sakura shrimp and spinach, all drizzled in a tasty sesame sauce. For mains, we went for the 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙃𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙪𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙠, which was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and just divine! To keep it on the healthier side, we chose the vibrant 𝙌𝙪𝙞𝙣𝙤𝙖 𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙚 as our base and topped it off with some delicious 𝘾𝙧𝙖𝙗 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚 (+𝙃𝙆𝘿𝟭𝟬) for that extra pop of flavor𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗧𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘀 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟰𝟴We started with a massive 𝘾𝙖𝙚𝙨𝙖𝙧 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙙: crisp, fresh, and totally satisfying! The star of the show were the tapas - we indulged in the amazing 𝙃𝙖𝙢 𝘾𝙧𝙤𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙨, which had a perfectly golden, crispy exterior and a soft, creamy filling that just melted in our mouths! For our main dish, we went all in on the 𝙎𝙡𝙤𝙬–𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙉𝙚𝙘𝙠 𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙬𝙞𝙘𝙝. The tender pork neck was smoky perfection, served on crunchy sourdough bread and topped with a generous pile of peppery rocket salad𝗗𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘀We couldn’t resist their dessert menu, so we tried the  𝙎𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙋𝙤𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙤 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩 𝘽𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘 𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙦𝙪𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙠𝙚 (𝙃𝙆𝘿𝟲𝟴), which was rich and creamy with a thick mouthfeel that wasn’t overly sweet. The classic (𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝘽𝙧𝙪𝙡𝙚𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝘽𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙃𝙆𝘿𝟳𝟴) had a crispy caramelized top cracked perfectly to reveal a silky smooth custard underneath, and those fresh berries added a delightful burst of flavor𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸𝘀Both lunch sets came with drinks, which we upgraded for HKD40 to try something more special. The 𝙄𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙊𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 was cool and refreshing while the 𝙄𝙘𝙚𝙙 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙘𝙝𝙖 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙩𝙮 had a sweet twist with  condensed milk at the bottom 繼續閱讀

啟德 SOGO The Twins 雙子匯 1 期早前開幕,一直未有時間到訪,趁今日放假,即刻約埋朋友過嚟四處逛逛,順道來這間新開嘅餐廳「Nisugu」吃頓午餐。餐廳主打西班牙菜,設有室內和戶外位置,午市是 Café,而晚市就會變身為 Bar & Restaurant,提供各式西班牙美點,包括西班牙小菜 Tapas、西班牙海鮮飯 Paella 等。點左兩份 $148 Set Lunch,套餐包沙律、小食、主菜及飲品。凱撒沙律非常新鮮,蔬菜份量多又爽口。火腿可樂餅外脆內 creamy,入口帶淡淡牛乳香,味道誘人!蒜片欖油大蝦 (+$15) 鮮嫩爽彈,加上微微辣感,惹味又開胃👍🏻主菜點了香烤慢煮豬頸肉配火箭菜沙律酸種麵包 同 壽喜燒牛肉炒烏冬配醬油蛋黃。豬頸肉肉質爽彈,酸種包富嚼勁,完全沒有過硬或過韌嘅感覺,配上新鮮火箭菜同車厘茄,口感清新。牛肉大小適中,肉質鮮嫩,入口即化;烏冬吸收晒壽喜燒醬汁,非常入味;再拌入蛋黃同吃,滋味無窮。西班牙油炸鬼配肉桂糖朱古力醬及雲呢拿雪糕 ($88)  Churros 即點即炸,新鮮熱辣,面頭灑了肉桂糖粉,點朱古力醬吃,甜脆醒神,再配埋旁邊嘅雪糕,絕對係高質享受。香濃抹茶紅豆法式西多士配抹茶蕨餅 ($88)  西多金黃香脆、紅豆軟糯綿密、蕨餅煙韌Q彈,再襯以幽香細滑、甜度合宜嘅抹茶忌廉,味道一流,討人喜歡!飲品點左杯焙茶拿鐵  (+$30),一嚟到就聞到濃香四溢嘅焙茶味,入口絲滑細膩,後帶回甘,值得一試。朋友嘅 Latte (+$25)  水準亦唔錯,味道醇香、柔順易飲。 繼續閱讀

Sogo新開而且系附近當然要過嚟呢度試吓佢啲餐廳啦。餐廳都開晒系最高個幾層,午餐時間來到決定試吓呢間西日混合嘅菜式餐廳。餐廳環境開陽同埋舒適雅致的,佢哋嘅午餐set豐富同吸引,我哋吃完後都一致認為系好食的,而份量都足夠。第一(冷) 蕃茄沙律就正常操作;櫻花蝦菠菜又真係不錯,吃落開胃,同埋表面啲蝦都好多;咁明太子玉子燒就要額外加多$8,常溫口感嫩滑,蛋味夠濃,好吃的😃第二(主) 吉列池魚就炸得香脆,系成條魚炸,唔會覺得滯,算不錯的;芝士漢堡扒表面一塊芝士,芝士味就唔濃,而塊扒就好嫩,第一次咁樣當餸用作撈飯食,味道又真係很good👍🏿😃第三 (米) 三色藜麥米,健康得嚟又幾好味;櫻城米,煮得好,系粒粒分明的😙第四 (飲) 套餐跟烏龍茶同埋麵豉湯,杯烏龍茶幾特別有甘甜味;額外加$25轉杯Cappuccino,佢嘅拉花幾靚下,飲落去正常,不過不失📌📌📌💥日式午餐 $108蕃茄沙律吉列池魚三色藜麥米 蜆肉麵豉湯烏龍茶(熱)💥日式午餐 $108櫻花蝦菠菜芝士漢堡扒日本櫻城米蜆肉麵豉湯烏龍茶(熱)💥日式午餐 $141明太子玉子燒 @$8芝士漢堡扒日本櫻城米蜆肉麵豉湯Cappuccino @$253個人一共吃咗$393 繼續閱讀

在啓德的SOGO樓上,我選擇了一間環境優雅的西班牙餐廳,坐在室外,享受迷人的夜景。首先品嚐的Hoji雞尾酒,搭配了gin酒、培茶、雲呢拿、芒果、檸檬汁和柚子蜂蜜,果香四溢,清新易飲。另一杯無酒精的Natsu mocktail,熱情果蜜糖烏龍茶,微甜而不膩,完美解渴。開胃菜方面,伊比利亞火腿無花果沙律,咸香的火腿與清甜的無花果搭配,滋味令人耳目一新。接著,烤牛骨髓配酸種麵包,香氣撲鼻,牛骨髓烤至滑嫩,入口即化,油香濃郁。主菜的西班牙燒乳豬外脆內嫩,搭配蘋果蓉,增添了酸甜的層次感。而軟殼蟹蟹膏西班牙飯則是令人驚喜的組合,蟹膏的鮮味與米飯融合,滿口生香。整體而言,這次用餐體驗不僅美味,還充滿了驚喜,值得再次光顧。 繼續閱讀
