Worst service experience ever, from a server called Jonathan. I expect that in a resto in MK for a 30 dollar meal but not in IFC for an almost 200 dollars lunch. My friend and I arrived with no reservation at around 12:15. We were lucky to secure a table within 5 min but we were told that we can only have the table on the condition that we return the table within an hr. 做完facial 見仲有少少時間，自己走左去open kitchen 坐低食少少野。每次我都會試三文治同湯今次唔食Parma ham 而食 沙樂美腸加芝士，三文治可以要求整返熱。熱辣辣個麵包脆卜卜，咬落每啖都有半溶芝士加埋足料沙樂美腸。平時我多數飲蘑菇湯，但今日賣晒。所以揀左南瓜湯香濃唔太creamy，大大碗，好飽肚。

Not recommend for families with babies and not for casual dining or catching up with friends; the waiters and servers barely give you a chance to sit down before asking you what you want to order; they seem very overbearing, high-strung and unfriendly.Maybe it was just bad luck my baby was having an emotional meltdown or she was picking up on the bad vibes. The waiter tells us we have 30 minutes to finish up and leave just 10 min after our food arrives. Another 10 min and they give us the bill.

今日等男友下班，可他突然說要比較晚，只好在他樓下一個人食晚飯先。來到Open Kitchen，全餐廳透著一股simply life的氣息，連餐牌都幾乎一樣。但想起我家樓下那永遠等不到位的simply life，覺得遠在中環食一餐SL晚餐，過下癮都好。（果然得不到的就會心痕）環境依然不錯，standard SL風格，也是美心高端餐廳的裝潢風格。餐包，老實說⋯味道一如既往麻麻地。除非你自己另掏腰包買門口的麵包⋯⋯點了一客10安士Rib Eye Steak，單價$218。肉係好的，medium rare 生熟掌握得幾好，對於一塊$218的10安士牛扒已屬難得。配的芥黃醬好味，已經蓋住了醬汁的味道，烤蘑菇都幾正。烤蘆筍則一般，太軟又無味。不過主打是牛扒，呢個唔係咩問題。埋單$239，畢竟係IFC等男朋友真係好唔容易，又有牛扒食又有位坐，已經值得啦！

平日三點來到ifc，依舊人來人往。突然想起ifc內有一simplylife，就前來歇腳一會，醫醫肚。不問不知，原來simplylife舊址已轉名到open kitchen! 但座位擺設看來沒太大改變。排隊其間已看到一整列pantry，open kitchen一目了然，各職員分工合作，亂中有序  點了一杯hot lattle配apply pastry。hot lattle 很順胃口，如果奶泡打得夠熱會更上一層樓！apple pastry只售$18，在ifc已算合理。食物沒有將價就貨，很足料，味道亦很好。是次堂食仍然奉上膠刀叉，略欠環保，希望店家改進。真的很喜歡這兒，休息一會，又要繼續上路

第一次出post。 真係唔差都嬲都唔想打甘多字! 同老公&BB去完添馬公園之後諗住去ifc食餐豐富晚餐。 原本諗住呢間休閒d而且可以方便一邊食一邊照顧住BB。點知...d人見到我地2大1細(揹帶BB)，佢地知我地2大1細。都只係安排路邊，近廚房1張2人台。(旁邊明明有張4人空台)。佢地見BB坐左係走廊都拎住d餸同碗碗碟碟BB身後係咁走勢黎走去勁危險!!d野食又唔好食。勁”醒“勁咸又濃味。杯橙茶又冇茶味又冇橙味。奉勸各位要帶BB。尤其係要加固嘅BB。千其唔可以揀呢間 因為佢地d位真係好迫好細。d staffs又唔caring。重點係佢地明知BB坐一邊。都係個邊上菜

今日下晏做野做力攰攰地，拉左同事去附近食個tea，黎到呢間cafe門口，俾佢D甜品吸引住，所以就入去左搵食。唔同味道既tarts，全部賣相色彩繽紛，睇到都流哂口水，試左個藍莓tart，餅底好厚實但唔夠脆，有d杏仁片同新鮮藍莓，味道唔算好特別。另外同事叫左個蘑菇芝士薄餅，加熱後好大陣蘑菇味道，但咬下去又有ｄ失色，個餅好硬，味道唔算突出，下次未必會再試

7點半city hall睇show, 緊係要係附近搵野食左先啦，雖然天未黑但已經有dinner menu, 就試下佢啦佢個menu 同其他simplylife好似，其實係咪同一間？懶得考究了上枱先黎麵包，凍冰冰既 筆者唔算好喜歡麵包亦無乜研究，但總覺得熱辣辣一定好過凍冰冰啦 其實焗返熱先上枱唔係好難姐？定係有咩西餐規距，餐包係唔准翻熱上枱架 明明味道都ok的，有淡淡既香草味。。。All day breakfast應該唔差得去邊啦。。。 今次麵包威返次，明顯烘過，外微脆內軟熟，good job this time！ 茄汁豆好standard, 好難好差又唔會好令人感動咁。 煙肉烤過，有微微既烤燶苦澀味。 豬肉腸正喎，質感食得出自己係食緊肉而唔係食粉！磨菇一般煮得稍咸，呢到唔例外，頗合重口味既筆者 炒蛋白texture有d怪，我寧願佢似返d賽螃蟹個種texture, 佢炒到腍腍地又有d creamy感(可能有撈cream or milk, 唔肯定) ， 淨蛋白又無乜蛋香味，建議就咁炒全蛋 or sunny side up好過啦 呢個蟹肉手製意大利粉有驚喜喎！ 帶微辣，有鮮味，麵條

Came for lunch on weekdat and was arranged to sit in a big round table with other people. Overall horrible seating arrangement and people kept kicking my coat when passed by. Serving and passing big hot dishes from the kitchen to outside right above my head. Feel like eating on the street and the food doesnt worth a penny. 有朋自英國回港，一行六人食聖誕前夕晚餐，又想在中環又唔想太貴的前題下，決定到美心的富貴cafe Open Kitchen食。原以為可以睇到少少維港景色，可惜外面起樓，完全遮住了。又以為坐𥚃面好好，可惜坐滿人原來嘈到聽唔到人講嘢又要嗌大聲的。完全唔覺有聖誕晚餐氣氛。今晚只可點特別餐牌的食物，還好，可以main course加$35便有例湯或沙律。點了帶子risotto, 帶子又大隻又鮃甜，risotto個汁好鮮甜，唔會太多忌廉而搶味。餐湯係有好多磨菇的mushroom soup,簡單而好味友人點了black cod 好鮮，可惜細塊了些另外友人們點了火雞，好juicy！好彩到了九時後大部分人都走了，就沒那麼嘈吵了。平安的平安夜～

年尾番工特別忙，今日放工要ot準備ko一份report! 到附近的open kitchen買點吃的為自己打氣！看到open kitchen的tarts，一個個賣相色彩繽紛又別緻簡直無得頂！ 連我這個一向不愛食tart既都忍不住買一個嘗嘗。沒有多想就買了藍莓的！一下咬下去很厚實乾身的餅底，不是很脆很碎的那種，不會吃到整桌都是餅碎，又不會很膩吃半個都吃不下的那樣，咬下咬下中間夾著脆薄的杏仁片令層次更豐富，紅莓藍莓很新鮮粒粒鮮甜又帶有少少酸味。不錯不錯！很怕那些蛋糕上的罐頭生果，過甜又沒果味，這個不會。份量剛好，食完當場為OT叉足電。
