非常好嘅一間餐廳. 尋晚同幾個朋友一行5人去食飯品酒食蠔同傾計. Oysters are very fresh and tasty. 完全taste唔到有雪或者係舊味真係要一讚. 當晚試左5,6隻主要都係歐洲蠔. 有 King of Oysers 之稱嘅Belon, Gillardeau, Ancelin, Scottish Rock, 北美嘅Virginica 同 cherrystone. 仲有一隻唔記得乜乜 pacific嘅. 本人則最愛比較爽甜的Virginica 和 Ancelin. 淡淡的鹹味加上Virginica 和 Ancelin的鮮甜然後一口白酒實在是一等的享受. 最enjoy係食完每隻蠔飲嘅嗰啖酒都會有小小變化. 相信要好耐先可以搵到最佳嘅配搭. Belon 味道非常複習, 小弟實在唔夠功力去形容佢嗰種sophistication. Gillardeau 則是一口鹹味後再有一股蠔香甜味由喉嚨湧上來. After taste 十分令人有驚喜. 當晚亦烤了一隻 xxx(forgot the name) pacific 的蠔. 大大隻夠肉可惜甜味欠奉, 要靠其他condim

同老公 & Friends 揾地方飲吓酒、食吓嘢...比我揾倒呢間食蠔嘅 Open Oyster！一入去唔係好大...不過幾"骨子"....佢地啲蠔好抵食....款雖然唔太多...但 for 我地嚟講都已經好滿足！佢啲蠔係即開嘅...所以好新鮮.....當然有我最鐘意嘅 Virginica & Cherrystone Clam....嘩！佢隻 Cherrystone 好大隻厚肉架...都只係賣廿幾蚊....good quality & good price！之後仲叫咗個 Beef & Pasta...個牛好靚又唔貴....但真係要讚個 pasta...佢係打碎啲 mushroom & cream 嚟煮...所以好有菇味...i love it！整體 very good....諗住情人節同老公再去...聽佢地講話有情人節套餐....Hehe...到時又可以飲嗰支 Rose Brut....Yeah！

Good location with a serene setting. There's an outdoor seating for smokers, good! Oysters are, OMG, very very cheap and they are fresh, live raw oysters, unlike the frozen ones we usually sink our teeth in at the buffet table. We had 3 bottles of wines, and plenty of yummy oysters, approx 30 pcs (you pick what you want, they'll shuck for you instantly), a dish of Grilled Beef Tenderloin with Salsa and a dish of Tagliatalle with Mushroom Sauce.
