Didn't leave a review for my first visit because honestly was so hungry that night I didn't even remember to take photos - which means I also couldn't judge how good the food actually was.Needless to say my 2nd visit did not disappoint. 西營盤福壽里可謂旺中帶靜嘅住宅區，雖然以民居為主，但仍有唔少餐廳座落係呢區，人流不絕。而呢間新開數月，融合法國同印度飲食嘅Pondi都唔例外，好彩前一晚已用WhatsApp訂座，企左係門口一陣，就有幾群客人一齊等入座。 餐廳裝修講究氣氛，採用黃燈和以營造浪漫同舒適氣息，設有戶外同室內座位供客人選擇，而樓上座位亦可容納更多客人。戶外木椅餐桌配上被植物圍繞嘅籬笆帶有歐式鄉村風格，令人感覺休閒放鬆。天氣較熱，都係選擇室內位置涼冷氣🤓望返出餐廳，更清楚見到整個露天陽台，讓客人係可以坐係陽台到等入座。坐係廚房同酒吧檯隔離，經常都聞到食物嘅香氣，企高可以望住廚師準備食物，如果坐係酒吧檯絕對係一種享受😎食物數量同一貫小餐館一樣，貴精不貴多，但各種肉類都有供應而且價錢唔貴。酒類選擇多，可以向店員查詢，佢地都好樂意慢慢推介岩你嘅酒👍🏻🥢Baby Calamari  $150  🔥推介🔥Calamari塞滿意式煙肉同豬肉碎，意式煙肉切粒，質感柔軟味帶鹹香，而芹菜嘅清新又可中和煙肉嘅鹹味，同時加入西班牙酒Fino Sherry嘅湯汁帶甜有酒香，蜆肉吸滿湯汁夠鮮味！烤餅($35)帶有少少椰子甜味用

After this excellent dining experience, I did some research and found that Pondi is a short-term for former French colony Pondicherry in southern India. This French x Indian restaurant was newly opened in February. Happy to have celebrated my birthday here. To start with, I have always loved the neighbourhood and the ambiance of Pondi is superb. Just a half mark off for its close seating arrangement but frankly speaking it's somehow reasonable considering the size of the place with limited room
