位於上環既一間全黑型格小餐館🖤岩晒同三五知己飲酒傾計chill吓🤍今日去食lunch，坐喺窗邊位望住上環既小街道十分寫意🏙️.✨Beef Tartare✨味道十分平衡既前菜🥰坊間食既牛肉他他通常都係配薄身多士，呢到就係配薯仔千層同炸紫菜🥔出乎意料地夾，酥脆既口感、油香加埋柔順既牛肉他他🐄每一啖都係享受✨Octopus Rice✨即叫即整既八爪魚燉飯🥘最有驚喜既係八爪魚🐙已經烹煮到超級淋身，用匙羹就可以將佢切開，係第一次食到咁淋身既八爪魚😋飯粒煮到岩岩好又帶少少嚼勁😻係適合兩三個人分享既一道菜✨Pluma✨同樣好有驚喜既豬肋眼☺️完全唔覺得係食緊豬，好柔軟好嫩，加埋好有藝術感既洋薊泥同青醬，令成道菜都好清新🌿最中意係佢已經切到一口size，可以一啖過將份滋味擺落口🥳😉雖然menu選擇唔多，但食得出大廚擺左好多心機喺入面，絕對係用心經營🥰店員亦都好親切，會細心介紹menu同食物俾客人，係一次好開心既體驗🍽️

✨同樣好有驚喜既豬肋眼☺️完全唔覺得係食緊豬，好柔軟好嫩，加埋好有藝術感既洋薊泥同青醬，令成道菜都好清新🌿最中意係佢已經切到一口size，可以一啖過將份滋味擺落口🥳

New small restaurant found. Still going through soft opening. Operated by one young passionate chef. Simple food with complex flavor. Surprising my palate. Started with sour dough with amazing dip - with miso and umami note. Sour dough itself is moist enough with thin crispy crust. Followed by cherry tomato. Followed by this cauliflower with light fresh truffle touch. The Parma ham on top also make a nice touch to the cauliflower.

All starters so far are so good. Showing how much effort the chef put into the menu. Every little touch of the food made them not simple.

When we saw this, we were wondering what was it…
It’s slow cooked chicken. The herbs on top made this chicken refreshing.
