Quinary的環境和服務也許不及很多酒店的吧，但它的cocktails卻絕不遜色，有過之而無不及。一直都想試Marshmallow Duo，但之前都是和一兩個朋友來試不到，今次終於試到！一shot看來很大但原來都是泡為主，一啖未試到味就不小心就吞了，感覺就是甜甜的吧。接著就是每次都點的Earl Grey Caviar Martini，泡泡的樣子依然吸引，喝了多次都不厭，而且真的很夠飲。

吃過分子雪糕後就想試試不同分子食品，剛巧友人是分子食品愛好者，一行三人到位於 SOHO 區的《Quinary》品嚐。一開始我心儀【Marshmallow Duo】($110)，不過友人提醒它是一小杯而且己，最後我們仨人各點了一杯，再後加了令人期待的【Marshmallow Duo】。我隨意點了【Pisco Lime Sour】($110) 味道酸酸甜甜，其餘朋友的是【Crystal 24】($100) 充滿柚子的味道和【Earl Grey Caviar Martini】($120) 清淡的香味內有小顆珍珠。在場內不難看到每一台也點了的【Earl Grey Caviar Martini】，軟雪糕形狀的泡泡微甜又不易蒸發，以上四杯完全不為意是酒精，呼籲女仕們小心喝過頭，嘻 期待下次試新飲品 【Pisco Lime Sour】【Marshmallow Duo】

興高采烈地向上司取了annual leave，今天晚上放肆一下吧到馬場參觀過法國五月的event，大快朵頤一頓後，男友人S先生提議到中環飲分子cocktail.原來位置就在公利的旁邊，成了強烈的中西對比，有趣有趣。一走進去可以看到一列的梳化位同高凳，右邊擺放著兩張桌子和幾張沙發，後面還有一個大百子櫃 很特別的fusion裝潢。打開drink list，但見"earl grey"這兩字便立刻下決定order了! 這是我最愛的英式茶。EARL GREY CAVIAR MARTINI (右，$120)除了那堆倒不下的泡沬之外，這杯cocktail的另一detail位就是滿佈杯邊，像BB彈一樣的jelly droplets.呷一口，其實味道不俗，幾fresh既水果酒，有Cointreau的橙酒味，適中的檸檬味。但失望的是果汁和elderflower syrup的甜味把earl grey的茶香蓋過了。若只論味道評分的話，是above average的，可惜跟它的名字有點無關宏旨吧。CHICKEN WINGS LOLLIPOPS ($108)(stuffed with cheese and mus

I love earl grey martinis like a fat kid loves cake, and always go back to bars that serve a decent earl grey martini. Quinary's version of it - Earl Grey Caviar Martini ($120) - is quite tasty. Even though the taste of earl grey could be stronger, it had some pretty foam on top and jelly-like "earl grey caviar" in it.The bar's Truffle Fries are unmissable too!
