Have been looking for some interesting drinks/ cocktails recently after trying the famous KGB (the bathtub gin cocktail) at Origin. Heard about the drinks at Quinary before but never managed to get a seat before. There were quite some cocktail options offered on the menu but since almost everybody around us had this so my friend and I decided to give it a shot.
The earl grey base was very mild that you could only merely taste a hint of it, but the citrus flavor was quite intense (which my friend liked). The juicy pearls (the "caviar") definitely spiced up the drink a lot. The drink was stronger than we expected as a cocktail but definitely worth its reputation. The presentation was just amazing.
Marshmallow Duo (4.5/5) $120Absolut Vanilla/ marshmallow milkshake/ cream/ egg white/ grilled marshmallow/ aged Manhattan
It's my personal favorite! It came in with two little bottles and marshmallow on the side. It was the perfect dessert drink - sweet, smooth, very creamy and not strong at all. I could totally order a second one and still enjoy it. I am sure most ladies would love it!
The atmosphere was awesome when it was not that crowded. Could definitely chat without having to yell lol.
Will certainly go back soon for some other signature drinks and try the bread sticks with homemade rum Nutella and Jack Daniels peanut butter dip (another recommendation from a friend).
