上環高質隱世西餐 Resbyne生日月，朋友訂咗呢間西餐慶祝生日！餐廳細細地但坐得幾舒服套餐每人三百幾有3 Courses好抵食前菜Beef Meat Balls3 pes Meat Balls, Tomato Sauce, Parmigiano Reggiano頭盤肉丸賣相正常，肉質彈牙，配埋蕃茄汁及巴馬臣芝士，整體味道不錯Chili Garlic ClamsFresh Clams Cooked with White Wine辣蒜蓉白酒炒蜆，新鮮蜆肉配埋個醬汁好好味配埋烤過嘅香脆蒜蓉包沾這個醬汁，鮮味濃郁，好好食主菜Pan Seared Norwegian SalmonCannellini Beans Sauce煎至表面金黃酥脆嘅三文魚鮮嫩多汁，配埋白腰豆汁，美味可口Black Angus Striploin Steak (+ $48)Roasted Potatoes, Beef Jus黑安格斯牛西冷牛扒叫咗Medium五分熟，上桌牛扒呈粉紅色，肉味香濃，口感似七分熟。甜品Chocolate Pana Cotta朱古力意式奶凍，超級香滑，奶味濃郁Tiramisu好香好滑整體幾好味，靜

見到呢間評分唔錯又有做restaurant week就約埋一班舊同事去食lunch。我最怕食西餐啲嘢的的骰骰食唔飽，今次我揀咗食三文魚，配菜有黃豆，食埋飽曬。頭盤meat ball正正常常。整體味道唔錯，上環嚟講性價比ok，但鋪仔細細，有啲窄，位置亦較偏遠。想去記得要訂枱。

I went to this simple little place in Sheung Wan with a friend today for their set dinner.  We were both impressed by the tasty, well-presented, well-seasoned and excellent value dishes. In a city where Western food is premium price, often for mediocre food, this little gem hit the spot. The restaurant, although  no frills, is modern and very clean with a nice ambience and good music. Our server was pleasant and cheerful. Not many choices but they have both a la carte menu and set menu. Their Steak and Iberico Pork are very good. Pan Seared Salmon is also my favorite. The skin is crispy while the meat is tender. 我最近試咗呢個檸檬雞意大利麵，真係好好味！味道清新，檸檬香氣濃郁，配合雞肉同意大利麵，食起來好開胃。服務亦好好，員工友善，令整個用餐體驗更加愉快。呢道菜的味道獨特，唔單止係普通意大利麵，仲有一種驚喜感，真係值得推薦！如果你嚟到呢間餐廳，記得試下呢個檸檬雞意大利麵！有唔同set menu 供選擇。

呢間餐廳細細間，但係食物質素好好，尤其是burrata前菜好Creamy 三文魚好嫩滑 咖啡蛋糕香濃 同埋士多啤梨sorbet清爽 冇落堂，夠晒健康 晚餐每人$300 過咗一個愉快的晚上

今日team head 請食Lunch, 就揀左呢間叫Resbyne餐廳試下! 💫話說呢間餐廳位於上環,裝修簡約大方以黑白風格為主, 非常適合朋友或者同事們一起用餐。開始落嚐汁滋味十足嘅是日餐湯,濃郁暖心又唔會太膩口。💯 緊接而來嘅前菜,Burrata cheese搭配鮮甜小西紅柿,灑上香濃balsamic glaze,真係百吃不膩! 😍 另一款肉丸同樣唔俗,肉質彈牙入味,配搭蕃茄汁及巴馬臣芝士,簡直係醇香四溢,令人忍唔住想食完一啖又一啖。😋😋轉戰主菜嘅時候,嚟個juicy多汁嘅烤春雞,伴隨清新嫩滑嘅炒蔬菜,簡直係完美搭配。🍗 最尾另加左$20叫左個甜品(Strawberry Sorbet)試下,甜品邊上咗一杯清新爽口嘅士多啤梨雪葩,鮮甜中帶酸,調和得太好，唔忍心一口飲晒。😍💖總而言之,Resbyne呢間餐廳真係令我驚喜連連,每一道菜式都做得有模有樣,好味程度亦是一絕。不論係食量細嘅女仔定係胃口大嘅男仔,我都誠意推介你哋去試吓! 🤩 期待下次再次光臨品嚐佢哋嘅其他精彩菜式! 👍👍👍

We had dinner with my friend here . The place is not very big . But its nice . The set dinner they have is very good deal. I had steak and meatballs which was very nicely cooked witb quality ingredients .Meat ball was very juicy with lots of parmasen on top. Steak was med rare pink in the middle come with baby potatoes . Over all very nice food with the price reasonable. We are planning to visit this place again. When we are in Sheung wan again

I went to Resbyne with my office colleges which is located nearby the restaurant . we went there for a quick lunch as we had very limited time. The food was served quickly and it was tasty . I had meat balls and Salmon. Meat balls were very tasty and fresh . Salmon was crispy skin and tasted really good with the beans . I forgot the name of the beans but it was similar to baked beans . Will definitely visit again as I work nearby . 

第二次過嚟食質素，依然好高質無論係前菜main course定係甜品全部都好好食！Main course 我哋order咗三成熟嘅牛扒上到嚟隻色好靚，又好有香味！！芝士好好食，蒜蓉包超級好食又香佢嘅食物好大份，兩個人都可以食得好飽而且樣樣嘢都好食，冇中伏價錢又合理環境清幽，播嘅音樂都好聽如果大家同朋友或者喺附近做嘢 我覺得lunch可以過嚟食或者過嚟當食生日飯都唔錯呢間係我真心好推介大家食嘅！！！！！！！！
