I had come for lunch with some colleagues to celebrate the holiday season. When we arrived at our booking time, the restaurant was empty, including the reception area. After looking around for a member of staff for 5 minutes, someone showed up from the kitchen to take care of us. We ordered the set lunch menu. 餐廳現時做買一送一優惠，今晚和朋友來吃晚餐。 食物味道很好，配搭特別，賣相亦很好。可惜，當晚眼看只有三至四張枱有客人。目測有四個服務員，但是服務員從來沒有主動來詢問客人的需要。當我朋友點餐時，那位服務員更加是沒有反應的，亦沒有複述我們的order。後來再回來問我們order了是不是那樣，卻是記錯了。我們問職員可不可以給我們兩杯暖水，他叫我們到水吧自己斟水，很難想像這間酒店的西餐廳會叫客人自己去斟水，我以為我去了快餐店，或者是茶餐廳… 職員都沒有笑容，你跟他說說話時，他是目無表情，苦口苦面。我們已吃完甜品，都沒有人問我們要喝什麼餐飲，要我們主動問。當我朋友向經理反映食物很好，但是服務態度一般是他卻是首先defend說自己和其他三位同事都很忙…今晚有兩個廂房是有客人要serve的。這完全不是酒店服務的水準，他不是去了解他們的服務有何不妥, 而是先defend自己。他根本沒有心去聆聽及接納客人的意見，亦沒有道歉。服務完全不是酒店水準。十分可惜！食物那麼好服務卻令人不想再光顧。

蘑菇湯 5/10小編覺得個湯味偏淡，另外都覺得少少偏油🥹不過原本唔太鍾意蘑菇味嘅話就會覺得個味幾啱🙂‍↕️和牛他他配香脆鍋巴 6/10 賣相好吸引🫶🏻，鍋巴同啲肉係幾搭！🥰味道都唔錯～不過有啲肉粒難咬😭，可能咁啱係啲根位。所以整體可能差少少🤏水煮牛肉可樂餅 6/10好驚喜，真係有水煮牛肉味！😍微微辣味，如果鐘意食辣就唔可以抱太大期望了。🥹不過小編覺得入面個餡口感就似薯蓉，如果真係明顯食到牛肉就可以增加口感🫶🏻 整體上還可以。❤️金華火腿可樂餅 8.5/10出乎意料之外嘅好食，原本食完水煮牛肉味覺得個味道偏淡咗，估唔到金華火腿個入口個味係比較濃🩷，入面仲有火腿粒，食到口感豐富咗😝，不過美中不足就係小編覺得鹹啲先配得上金華火腿個名🤭西班牙牛側腹短麵 7/10見到個面咁特別，所以就試試佢，不過小編覺得個面偏甜咗😳，口感就幾特別😋，有啲似將粉粉剪短晒然後炸一炸過🤣另外，個牛口感唔錯，唔會靭😛黑毛豬面頰意粉 4/10寬扁意粉麵的口感適中，不過小編覺得醬汁偏淡但係都會一陣肉香味😚。另外，黑毛豬啲肉質鬆軟，不過個人不太喜歡。😞西班牙油條配辣朱古力醬 8/10油條炸得啱啱好，辣朱古力醬都幾特別，完全

Siete Ocho is the western restaurant in the newly opened Dorsett Kai Tak hotel. The restaurant serves Spanish food but with Sichuan elements! How interesting is that. The restaurant is modern and cozy, unlike the large dinning restaurants in other large 5 star hotels. I like the beige and burgundy color tone which resembles the Spanish feel. It was a comfortable and tranquil dinning environment. We went for the set dinner menu which allows you to taste different dishes in smaller portions.
