其實我每一次去Sift都會堅持坐吧檯, 因為第一次去的時侯的經驗令我印象深刻. 那時侯甜品都做得很精緻, 也看得出廚師很用心去做每一樣甜品.今晚又去Sift, 又坐吧檯.我可以說今晚我看到的只有兩個字- 粗糙!Strawberry Pavlova, 一倒, 成個食物盒的士多啤梨全倒出來, 雜亂無章.我order的Mango and Coconut製作更加粗劣, 一盤芒果粒又全倒出來, 廚師小姐一拋, 膨的一聲將整個食物盒拋回原位. 繼而又拿起第二個食物盒, 手在Napolean pastry 當中來來回回, 見到都唔想食. 然後求其將Pastry Sheets 夾住芒果粒, 形狀古怪, 一看價錢, 都要$80一碟, 會不會略嫌過分一點?整晚的杯碟餐具ping ping pang pang, 嘈到不得了. 我覺得如果所有甜品都係裏面廚房整都算, 既然有吧檯就可唔可以多些presentation?如果你係一間糖水鋪, 我俾$30一碗糖水, 無presentation 我唔理, 但係我俾$100一碟甜品, 仲要話係New York拜師云云, 咁既質數點忍受????

我可以說今晚我看到的只有兩個字- 粗糙!

我order的Mango and Coconut製作更加粗劣, 一盤芒果粒又全倒出來, 廚師小姐一拋, 膨的一聲將整個食物盒拋回原位. 繼而又拿起第二個食物盒, 手在Napolean pastry 當中來來回回, 見到都唔想食. 然後求其將Pastry Sheets 夾住芒果粒, 形狀古怪, 一看價錢, 都要$80一碟, 會不會略嫌過分一點?

整晚的杯碟餐具ping ping pang pang, 嘈到不得了.

我覺得如果所有甜品都係裏面廚房整都算, 既然有吧檯就可唔可以多些presentation?
如果你係一間糖水鋪, 我俾$30一碗糖水, 無presentation 我唔理, 但係我俾$100一碟甜品, 仲要話係New York拜師云云, 咁既質數點忍受????

sift chocolate cake + chocolate fantasie同男友行開呢邊,口痕入左黎,堅持要吃朱古力的我當然ORDER左呢2款,SIFT既王牌的確只係朱古力,佢可以玩好多花樣,而且味精亦好好,對我呢個甜品愛好者有一定吸引力!sift chocolate cake一樣係保持水準,蛋糕有幾個LAYER既感覺,我自己好鍾意;反而chocolate fantasie相比之下就失色左少少,可以食多左就厭同漏,因為有4舊野食落真係好漏,我有D頂唔順價錢其實偏貴,2份野+白酒+SC就成200蚊,而且MENU又唔轉下,開始有少少生厭既感覺,希望下次去已經轉左有新野出啦!

樓下食評很多都在說那個服務很差可能他們已有改善了那天我去都有個女生把所有甜品逐一介紹還推薦那一種飲品配搭比較好解釋得好細心長盡我都無特別去問過佢好殷勤的服務雖然價錢就好似貴左少少但說真係soho區好難生存既甜品都很好吃我吃了芝士蛋糕但我朋友就吃了招牌甜品口感一流咬下去有好多層不同既口感脆軟甜哇~ 簡直係一流! 好建議去吃~ ^^

Actually I went there for more than 10 times, i think the dessert is very delicious so I recommed my friend to go there for gathering last week. They all say that the dessert is very delicious especially the Chocolate and Strawberry Palova. Unfortunatelly, their service is very bad which make us quite disappointed. The girl (the one with the short hair) who is serving us always give us an very impolite look. She didn't seem to care what we need. It was unbelivable that we pay for $100 for a dess

剛吃完貴價漢堡包,實在不太飽,走來吃一個甜品滿足口腹之慾。來過了幾次都摸門釘,今次在毫無心理準備下來食甜品。時間尚早沒有其他客人,第一時間佔據bar,可親眼看看甜品的製造過程。甜品款式算不多,餐牌中大多是朱古力「製成品」,非常適合像我的朱古力愛好者,經過多番考慮後,才選定snickers及chocolate fantasie。店方頗為細心,加了檸檬的水給客人享用,有助客人和中甜品的甜膩之感。因chocolate fantasie製作需時,先來Snickers,是以花生及朱古力為主,朱古力蛋榚上有細球的花生醬雪榚,再有一塊薄薄的花生薄脆作點綴,上是傳來陣陣花生香,以為是花生雪榚的,再細味下次,原來是花生薄脆;雪榚滑溜,花生味清淡,配以濃味的朱古力蛋榚好適合。蛋榚類似ugly chocolate cake,所需的麵粉較少,所以質地較結實,朱古力濃度十分之重,甜度適中,但亦不會帶苦澀。侍廚房焗完chocolate tart後,親眼目到chocolate fantasie製成過程。年輕的廚師姐姐,兩三下手勢,已把甜品完成。我最鍾意係朱古力sorbet,比一般的sorbet多一份濃厚,又比雪榚來

侍廚房焗完chocolate tart後,親眼目到chocolate fantasie製成過程。年輕的廚師姐姐,兩三下手勢,已把甜品完成。我最鍾意係朱古力sorbet,比一般的sorbet多一份濃厚,又比雪榚來得清新,那些半溶化的雪芭滲入了牙縫裡,感覺好強烈;其次是warm chocolate tart,有點似心太軟,內裡也是又濃又滑的朱古力漿,撻底雖薄,但勝在夠脆。朱古力拿破崙不是一般多層酥皮,只有兩薄又薄又鬆化的朱古力酥皮,再襯托又香又滑的朱古力忌廉。而我對creme Brulee就不太欣賞,可能我較為守舊,不及傳統原味的creme Brulee的味道來得突出。

雖然近百元一個甜品,論味道、賣相及心思,我會欣賞過那個名貴漢堡包。

This is my second time to visit sift. I like very much their relaxed atmosphere. Last time, I sat at the table near the window. Today, I sat at the bar table for which I can totally saw the whole process of the dessert presentation. In addition, it made me happy because the girl is so nice to answer my questions like how to bake the crispy layer of their neoplean... 星期日3點來到這裡,剛剛開門,沒有其他客人,真好,可以靜靜坐在bar檯看住一件件藝術品的製作過程原本點chocolate fantasie,waitress竟然話剛剛開門,他們很多東西要做,所以造不到chocolate fantasie.這個答覆真的令我O嘴退而求其次,選了Sift Chocolate Cake.賣相美輪美奐到極點,不過如果這是招牌蛋糕就有點失望了,mousse不是特別滑,也過甜了一點,那些”蛋卷”裝飾亦不太夾味環境相當好,坐了個幾鐘,也沒有其他客人;如果想找個地方,一邊談心一邊食甜品,這實在比如街市一樣的Zoe好得多

Sift開業後首3個月﹐已與一眾甜品怪試畢整個menu﹐差不多每星期都去﹐更嚷老闆娘快些轉款。這裡平均每次消費都要$200 (Cake $90, 白酒一杯$70, +10%)﹐不算便宜。店雖然小﹐但很舒服﹐加上開放式dessert bar﹐給人很at home的感覺。可能甜品款式反應不錯吧﹐遲遲都沒有新款﹐漸漸我們也不多來了。又一次﹐朋友在中環另有地方搞birthday party﹐party開始前我們只想在這裡來個十幾人的mini gathering﹐吃吃蛋糕飲下酒﹐老闆娘卻說cater不到這麼多人。。。Anyway﹐最近一次在SOHO吃晚飯﹐肚皮尚有空位便過來看看﹐卻仍然是那些same old same old款式﹐應該找不到理由再來。

This is my first visit to SIFT,the iced chocolate drink we order was surprisingly good, rich but not too sweet, it was perfect when drank together with the freshly heated marshmellow. We both liked the texture of it a lot. The desserts didn\\\\\\\'t only tasted good, but was also carefully placed. Since it was raining outside, me and my friend had to stay indoor, but we enjoyed looking out the steeply sloped Graham street a lot. The interior decor was simple yet relaxing. The boss was very serio

The boss was very serious about the making of all cakes, we enjoyed watching them prepare the food. The waitress was also very helpful and friendly.
I will definitly visit again.

三個人山長水遠,又捱餓(未食pizza前)又食滯(食pizza後),都是為了一嚐sift的特色甜品。期望當然是有的,結果,都沒有失望呢! sift的地方很細,只可以擺到三張檯,然而多謝白色及大幅玻璃,此小小的空間給人的感覺並不失雅緻。餐單也是同理;雖然選擇不多,但每一款很吸引!最後揀了兩款甜品: Maple and mascarpone cheesecake喜歡很thick很rich芝味的食友要失望了!這件餅質感輕柔細膩,芝士味也不濃烈,有點像日式芝士蛋糕,但比之更濕潤可口。既然芝士味不濃,楓糖也同樣甜得溫柔,是比豆腐芝士餅更清新可喜的組合,連附的小小鬆脆曲奇也極得我心。兩款甜品相比之下,其實我更加喜歡這一味,留下深刻的好印象~Chocolate fantasie幾個食家都介紹過啦,我不用多講。只想提醒一下喜歡拍照的食家,中間的兩款是一熱一凍的,快點拍完即食吧!總之,貪心的人會喜歡的一款甜品,包括我,哈哈! 都是一段幾開心的時光,多謝哂呀~

喜歡很thick很rich芝味的食友要失望了!這件餅質感輕柔細膩,芝士味也不濃烈,有點像日式芝士蛋糕,但比之更濕潤可口。既然芝士味不濃,楓糖也同樣甜得溫柔,是比豆腐芝士餅更清新可喜的組合,連附的小小鬆脆曲奇也極得我心。兩款甜品相比之下,其實我更加喜歡這一味,留下深刻的好印象~

幾個食家都介紹過啦,我不用多講。只想提醒一下喜歡拍照的食家,中間的兩款是一熱一凍的,快點拍完即食吧!總之,貪心的人會喜歡的一款甜品,包括我,哈哈!

吃畢美味的pizza後,甜牙齒向今天的主題進發,極有男仕風度的食友男友先行探路,美女與"大細路"才可以那麼快到達這間精緻甜品小店,在此謝過!推門而入,首先吸引我的是bar檯上那束淡雅的繡球花,繼而是店舖的簡單優雅的氣氛,直覺上己覺得這一次甜品餐會很愜意。maple cheese cake本來的名字相當長,但自己只記得重點字眼=p 芝士餅質感柔軟,口感也很幼滑,芝士味道輕得像沒有,跟自己喜歡的芝士餅感覺剛好是兩個極端;甜味也很輕柔,配合點點楓糖同吃,味道又變得有層次一點。伴碟還有兩片鬆脆的果仁曲奇,試吃了小半片,的確很香脆,但不是自己的茶。Chocolate Fantasie上桌的時候,自己不由自主的"嘩"了出來!被雪白的長碟襯托著的四款朱古力甜品賣相實在很漂亮!!!Napoleon酥皮薄得驚人,入口即溶,面層及中間的朱古力醬味道很濃而且很滑,真的不俗! creme Brulee面層焦糖沒有太搶的焦糖味,薄薄的焦糖中和濃厚的朱古力甘味,中間部份也很柔軟;Sorbet以小杯盛載,碎冰似的sorbet入口冰凍,自己吃到有點點酒味似的,很特別的味道!暖朱古力tart外表一點也不吸引,但竟然是自

一位應是店主的女孩態度令人覺得舒服,給我們分餐具時見食友在拍甜品,也靜靜等待到食友拍攝完畢才將碟子給她,這種不會打擾客人的態度我自己就頗欣賞。

Food was ok but the service was absolutely crappy. Basically, there were 2 items on the menu - one being "hot chocolate" and the other being "Iced hot chocolate". Just so to find out whether "Iced hot choco" is equivalent to "Iced choco", I asked the waiter for a clarification. Guess what the reply was? The waiter said "Iced hot choco" is not a typo but actually meant hot choco which has been cooled down. What a reply!!Waiters were also very unhelpful and insincere. You can tell from their fac

Waiters were also very unhelpful and insincere. You can tell from their face and attitudes. They jjust left the bill on the table and couldn't eeven be bothered to tear the merchant copy apart from the customer copy of credit card receipt.

I strongly suggest you to think twice before visiting Sift. For the price paid for their desserts, i am sure i can get better quality and services from elsewhere.
