誠實食評🙂‍↕️🙏🏻呢間最近好多foodie推薦，但嘅人覺得好油啊…..比較似港式韓國菜…||韓式石頭飯（牛肉）$120||石頭鍋飯基本上唔會出錯～偏油但要有嘅嘢都係度都係正常質素🙂‍↕️不過石鍋夠熱所以都多飯焦！||芝士泡菜炒飯 $120||見到好多人推薦，係好香芝士味，但真係超級油！同埋少少鹹，不過重口味嘅朋友仔就會好鍾意食😂😂😂||海鮮薄餅 $149||煎到好脆！邊邊位直程濃晒，都算細份，海鮮份量不多，冇話特別抵，但都係中上韓式薄餅嘅||韓式炸雞（甜辣醬）$120||都係冇特別記憶點嘅炸雞，都有肉汁，冇話炸到乾嘅👍🏻||蛋卷$133||蛋捲不錯的，幾夠芝士！！係可以拉絲，調味都唔錯，但坦白講好多韓式店嘅價錢會抵好多整體來講呢間算重口味啲，但真係冇話特別抵🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️都冇咩驚喜，被吹大了🙏🏻有興趣可以睇我之前寫韓國街唔同餐廳嘅食評韓國街好多伏的 各位小心🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

𓄳 𓄳 𓄳最近迷上了黑白大廚，迷上了白湯匙Chef Edward Lee。很喜歡他在決賽時的參賽菜式，昨晚特意到尖沙咀韓國街Ssal Bori Ssal品嚐他菜式中用到的馬格利酒♥♥♥𓄔砥平生米酒 $135其實很多韓國料理店家都有供應馬格利酒，但大部份都是原裝上桌。這裏則以正宗黃鋁酒壺和酒碗盛載，喝起來特別地道，而且還有多款口味以供選擇。𓄔海鮮煎餅 $149喝傳統酒首選搭配煎餅啦。這裡的海鮮煎餅更是必點推薦！外面煎得金黃香脆，麵糊的厚度剛好，有軟糯的口感又不會太厚。加上大量海鮮及黃蔥，真的好香好惹味！𓄔燉豬肉陪飯 $138湯頭清淡爽口，附上三種調味料：鹹魚仔、胡椒、辣醬，客人可自行調味，豬肉和韮菜份量很多，非常下飯。𓄔牛肉炒粉絲 $133牛肉份量不少，粉絲口感煙韌。最出色是調味，濃淡適中帶點鹹香，大大碟性價比甚高。其實我經常到訪Ssal Bori Ssal，他們家的韓國菜除了高質素之外，還是份量大的，所以性價比很高。特別愛他們的海鮮煎餅配馬格利酒，真的很地道。倘若你還沒有去過的話，一定要試試。𓄳 𓄳 𓄳

韓式炆牛尾牛尾d肉都吾少，而且好軟腍又入味帶少少肥，個汁好香濃偏甜，有碗白飯吸哂湯汁好送飯，仲有蘿蔔同冬菇都炆得超入味吸曬d精華。韓式豬手&五花肉上桌時已經切成小塊，肉質超級軟嫩的豬手瞬間在口中溶化，豬皮口感彈牙有嚼勁，每一口盡是滿滿的骨膠原，無論直接吃或搭配不同的醬料和配菜來吃，同樣美味無窮，沙律醬汁酸甜好開胃，食咁多肉食番啲菜冇咁膩。醬油蒜蓉炸雞雞肉冇骨食起黎好方便，炸得外脆內軟，外衣炸粉酥脆，而雞肉同時保留肉汁，熱辣辣一咬開仲有啲爆汁。
