As the name goes, there is a great variety of tapas including 10 cold and 11 hot items.
We ordered 4 Tapas, 1 main dish and 2 drinks.
Mixed with mashed strawberries and well garnished with red current and rosemary, the Gin Tonic - Tanqueray named romantically "Before Sunset"
is so fruity and mellow.!
As a popular Spanish drink, the Sangria has a special non-alcoholic version named "Virgin Sangria" . With lots of tiny cubes of fresh fruits floating at the top, this drink has a refreshing light sweetness. Very appetizing !
The tender and juicy beef, fresh blood oranges, lettuce and purple broccoli, it's a good mix bringing an energizing citrusy palate to the rich meaty flavour.
Nicely served on a round wooden board, the platter of ham, pear, cheese and olive is pleasing on palates. Tender Parma ham with buttery flavour goes perfectly well with the pleasantly sweet aromatic mulled pear. Popular in Spain, the Jamon Manchego Cheese is rich in it's creaminess and flavour that lingers on the tongue.
Well braised in wine sauce, the clams are so delicious with an aroma and a fresh and appetizing lemon taste.
Directly expressed from Spain, the bread is crispy with a lively fresh tomato taste. The white anchovy is fine and smooth with rich fishy flavour, so mouthwatering to go with garlic aioli !
Not only are the flavourful shrimp pastes in the heads most appealing, but the flesh is juicy and bouncy as well. Topped with parsley and goldenly grilled with garlic and olive oil, the red prawns are really savoury.
The The Iberico pork chop is meaty, so succulent with buttery flavour. Served in the sour sweet Sherry Vinegar, the great taste is further uplifted with herbs and spicy cumin power.
