西貢有名的手工啤酒零售店The Bottle Shop於中環開設分店之餘,亦開設附屬的酒吧餐廳,提供來自世界各地的手工生啤,食物方面亦有刻意配搭,有小食和主食,例如麻婆薯條、黃金雞翼、自家製GNOCCHI,每樣主菜亦會配上各種佐酒漬物。

a nice brunch + coffee = chilling weekend The Bottle Shop位置並不難找 巴士下車後不斷向上走就找到坐下即點了Signature Padan PancakePancake 即叫即製熱烘烘的送到桌上斑蘭味道不算太强但pancake texture fluffy 不錯不錯配上冷冰冰的雪糕 一冰一熱 强烈的口感對比另外友人怕肚子餓還點了 congee味道較一般 congee 裡有一顆poached egg 中上環任何一家cafe也能找到的味道每個餐點會跟一杯locally made yogurt and honey小店環境怡人 很適合文青或年輕人前來拍照聽說店家手工啤酒很有名 相信happy hour 來跟同事relax 一下也是不錯的

由酒商至餐廳,明明以酒為主,The Bottle Shop卻是另有名物 從幾位食友口中得知這裏竟有Fried Bioche with Kaya及Pandan Pancakes等有趣甜點 單靠款式已經挑起我的好奇心,而且友人們對其評價不錯,讓我更想一嚐 將其列入掃街清單(每間嗌少少,不斷續攤吃下去),到達後卻發現過了供應時間 沒有就此打道回府,點了同樣特別的Ma Po Fries $68,一求鹹辣好滋味 見證中西交會,澆有麻婆豆腐醬汁,輕度香辣易為人接受,醬汁不太稠杰亦未見膩 帶豬肉碎嚼感之餘又加入了Mozzarella及車打芝士助興,實在香口 金黃薯條微脆不油,可惜醬汁量少,就算慳住點都未足以應付一碗薯條,下層落得無味

Every time we go here for brunch or for a drink or dinner we leave happy. Great service, a beer list that changes often and always includes a cider, delicious food and a nice decor to boot. Highlights are the pandan pancakes, the gnocchi, and the cauliflower board. Clientele is a mix of westerners and locals, regulars and first-timers. Top notch place.

It is a nice, cosy little beer room full of surprises. Nice yellow interior decor with full height openable glass shopfront that gives the places an amazing atmosphere. A movable beer rack partition at the back of the shop means that the bar/food area can be extended. A fun space to be in!Great selections of local and international craft beer with seasonal selections/guest takeover. And the food is amazing - the dishes are simple AND sophisticated at the same time; hearty, unpretentious yet beautifully composed. All dishes designed to be shareable with friends, fusion food with an Asian twist to give them the interesting 'kick'. You could tell they have put a lot of thoughts into designing each dish so to let each ingredients flourish individually and yet works well collectively. My favourites include Ma Po Fries, the steak board, the drunken pork board and the handmade gnocchi - one of the best gnocchi that I've ever had in HK!All the staffs there were very friendly and nice - you won't feel intimidated if you are new to craft beers. They answer all your questions and let you sample before you order. You won't be feeling out of place like some other craft beer places with very little local faces. In general I'm very happy with this place. It feels like your own dining room on weekdays after work; and your living room on weekdays simply to chill with good food and good beer. It's just good to be there

Due to the publicity from their IG media the restaurant was quite busy that day.After waiting an hour and a bit, the guy comes over to ask if everything was alight and tells us that the main Chef was off today hence the wait.They had a big takeaway order as well so they had to handle that before serving the customers at the restaurant.My pancakes were ok but I don't know if they would taste better because the main chef wasn't there but the funny thing was when the guy was bringing it over, the icecream flew off and landed on the girl's shoulder and then went splat on the floor.Luckily, it didn't soil her clothing.We only got one yoghurt when we ordered two breakfasts so that was strange.
