😋 No.362 香港 |The Iron Fairies Hong Kong📍: 中環荷李活道1-13號華懋荷里活中心LG樓🔹非常网红的一家酒吧，据说这里面还藏着另一家secret bar🔹他是活跃于亚洲的澳大利亚酒吧设计师Ashley Sutton最知名的酒吧作品系列。宛如中世纪打铁铺的酒吧空间，铸铁，木器，皮革是陈设的主旋律，浑然成粗犷的重工业风，🔹环境是非常可以的，虽然幽暗，但却莫名的多了一些浪漫的气息，吧台一侧墙壁以无数木剑铁器装饰，另一侧是六个锅炉造型的小包厢，中心位置是几张铸铁矮桌和皮革圆凳，桌上的凹槽盛满铁仙子小像，天花板上的铸铁蝴蝶翩翩起舞。🔸记不清喝了什么了，但酒单一打眼望过去基本不会有什么雷区，甜度可以调整。🔸推荐品有 Watermelon Daiquiri with Fairy Dust Burnt Marshmallow， Smoke in a Bottle No.1 和Underground Martini🔸小食点了鱿鱼圈和nachos，nachos一定要给一个好评，从美国回来以后我实在是太想念墨西哥菜，nachos保留了玉米苞谷的味道，上面浇的cheese

It took me quite a while to find this place . Its entrance is hid behind a curtain. Once you stepped in , it’s like a complete different world. Absolutely beautiful interior!We were there quite early around 7pm for a drink after work, it was still nice quiet, great place to chat and catch up, and of course, very yummy and beautifully made cocktail!

近排很少飲酒，對上一次已經是今個星期六，正所謂:"落吧Chill一Chill，歎過食夜宵"。The Iron Faries身處荷里活道，在蘭桂芳的另一端，掀開門廉，就進入了一個異國世界。"滿街腳步，突然靜了，滿天蝴蝶，突然沒有動搖"。成千上萬的蝴蝶標本在天花板上停留一刻，極為壯觀迷人，四周以鐵爐作枱面，以礦洞作包廂，枱面還有上百隻優雅的鐵仙子，任玩任砌任買，處處瀰漫著原始的粗礦美... 昏暗環境，點點燭光，就不要再點酒精濃度高的酒了，外表剛強的我其實藏著一顆含羞答答的心(雖然講極都無人信)，碰一點兒酒精都會令我面紅耳赤，就像看到"漂亮得讓我面紅的可愛女人"一樣。我不可以再喝醉了，因為如果再喝醉了，人生又會少一個朋友。事緣上次喝醉了很不舒服，心生一計，就叫一個自認為自己好靚仔的朋友whatsapp一幅自拍照過來，看到朋友的自拍照後，終於可以很暢快地吐晒出來了，舒服晒...但從此朋友"一生封鎖我，今天會否會想起我"... 1. I went to Central with my friends and found this restaurant. From all reviews, we can know that this restaurant is very beautiful.The bar architecture is amazing, also all fairies are wonderful.However, I didn’t have a great experience in there. A waitress needed us to share a table with other customers, even though there were a lot of empty tables. Then, my friend asked for sitting at the bar/counter. 食完飯去飲野,朋友建議去iron fairies 由於八點零鐘，個場仲未好多人。場內環境唔錯，天花掛了很多蝴蝶，而每張枱都有好多iron fairies 供客人影相，幾特別。呢晚嘅侍應，調酒師都以萬聖節造型serve 客，好應節。 九點零十點鐘，個場越黎越多人，氣氛好熱鬧，有啲客人以一身趣怪造型進場，再加上liveband 嘅落力演岀，將氣氛推高，讚我點了一杯house brewed ginger beer. 好重薑味，辣味夠，再加一少片青檸，好refreshing, 鐘意薑嘅朋友不能錯過。

呢排網上好多post 都懶神秘報導好多中環happy hour/ 飲嘢嘅hidden gem，好多都喺唔會特別做宣傳，一方面可能品牌想保持神秘感，一方面想maintain 客源嘅質素，今日終於靠朋友”帶路”下嚟到呢間”仙氣十足”嘅地方.....呢間餐廳係由著名designor Ashley Sutton 親手設計，佢其下名作包括Dear Lily, J.Boroski, Dragonfly, etc. 每間都有獨特風格同個性，俾客人除咗食物味覺以外，仲係視覺一大享受！一入到去枱頭就見到好多好靚好精緻嘅蝴蝶吊飾，睇得出好有心機同好花功夫造出呢個天花，簡直係一大影相位！ 枱上面有好多fairy 嘅擺設，供客人攞嚟影相，但緊記唔可以順手牽羊喔！由於係Happy Hour 諗住同同事chill 吓，所以叫咗杯Smoke in a Bottle No.1 ($120)， 個staff 嚟serve 呢杯cocktail 會打開一樽注滿smoke 嘅bottle ， 陣味好得意同特別！另外，超級推介呢個deep fried popcorn chicken ($98)，又好味又啱送酒，三五知己sha

有日見到有人post相，覺得哩間野個環境好正，所以放工就去左哩度飲野。一開始係門口經過左都唔知，有點神秘既門口，一開門係落地庫，入到去唔算好大，但設計好有特式，滿天都係蝴蝶，仲有古堡吊燈，視覺一流。後來先知係名師設計。哩度仲有鍋爐包箱，好特別，不過有最低消費架。我地叫左個黑松露薯條，好多黑松露粉灑上面，所以唔太均勻仲有smoke in a bottle No.1其中一款signature drink, 我自己就好鐘意陣煙味啦店內有小提示唔好偷偷地帶走d fairy架

如果係害怕蝴蝶🦋嘅朋友們，就唔可以黎Iron Fairies喇，因為呢度嘅天花係用蝴蝶來作裝飾！十點左右開始有live band表演，歌風較jazz，氣氛非常好，同朋友飲杯野，傾下計，仲可以跳下舞

之前看過網上推介 最近終於有時間帶朋友黎 飲番杯 走到門外真係唔會睇得出裏面咁有特色 充滿浪漫且神祕氣氛 一堆iron fairies仲有天花butterflies 陪住你 夜晚9pm後會有Jazz Live band..非常適合享受生活 夜晚想chill下既人 食物美味Giant meat ball深得人心 當然唔少得試下cocktail midnight butterfly 好啱我呢類港女店舖夜晚先開 中環放工過去放鬆下會忘掉疲勞

i had my first date with this guy at iron fairies it was so chill and the drinks are sOOOO good actually i’m not even joking it was amazing, the live music aswell gosh it was to die for honestly such an amazing place would definitely go back again !!!

easter holiday we went here a lil late and people are drunk and having a great time. When you enter the bar , the vibe is magical! it is like you are in a wonderland! beautiful interior ! I just came here to try where jaimie oliver chill out and the interior of course .Anyway,its a good place to chill while there are beats of loud music. fairies , tools, butterflies up on the ceiling and toilet room feels like you are in a dungeon! nice experience though!
