我為左間餐廳已開咗個account打食評黎講下依間餐廳!入得黎食野真係為左質素,質素做唔到都算喇!侍應既態度真係不能接受!特別係個果帶眼鏡紮馬尾既女仔,不知所謂!如果我係餐廳老細,我真係會好好貢獻下佢!一間餐廳要運作得好都要有好既員工,女員工hea都不再下話,語氣差,8:45pm同你講last order,話9點廚房要關(個位女員工橫睇點睇都係想話我地知,唔想我地再叫野食姐)再講, 8:45pm last order,會唔會早左少少呀?問佢幾點close? 佢答你(勁串地答):我地9點半-10點close...不過依到小巴半個鐘一班,你地最好早D走 (重點係我地點走其實都唔太關你事,會唔會多事左呀?) 食物質素: 食茶記都好過去the old hangar牛扒要5成熟...最後黎到就9成都熟! 仲要D筋多到好似食香口膠咁...香口膠格硬都吞到落肚,依塊牛扒真係吞都消化唔到! 牛扒既相就無喇,不過依張相都足已證明幾唔掂!一句講哂the old hangar老細最好再培訓過你既員工,係佢地(esp.個位帶眼鏡紮馬尾既女員工)搞到你間餐廳好快摺,做幾多廣告都唔會做得起! 牛扒要5成熟...最後黎到就9成都熟! 仲要D筋多到好似食香口膠咁...香口膠格硬都吞到落肚,依塊牛扒真係吞都消化唔到!
牛扒既相就無喇,不過依張相都足已證明幾唔掂! 一句講哂
the old hangar老細最好再培訓過你既員工,係佢地(esp.個位帶眼鏡紮馬尾既女員工)搞到你間餐廳好快摺,做幾多廣告都唔會做得起! Sassy,新假期,harpers bazaar,facebook都唔會令你起死回生!!
題外話/補充資料:
(PS.依間餐廳既Facebook about us寫住....."We offer modern European & American cuisine. Locally brewed Craft Beers and special Cocktails are also on the menu. Parties and Receptions welcome." 真係錯哂!完全感受唔到! 改做modern chinese style算啦!)
