Great service and vibes at the new TMK located in Quarry Bay (walking distance from City Plaza in Tai Koo). We ordered the tasting menu which means they will serve us all of the chefs favourites / all time favourites (approx $350pp no service charge). Highly recommend you order this option! The last time we did al la carte at the Sheung Wan branch, the cost turned out to be the same per head but we were not nearly as full as this time! David was the Assistant Manager who served us and he was great! Talked about his tenure with Pirata Group and we can tell he really knows the brand and culture. He even bought over the Wan Chai branch tradition of ending our meal with a shot of sake! We will be back for sure

鰂魚涌太古坊，又有一個新蒲點啦！濠豐大廈新開左The sixteenth 😍入面有4間餐廳！成個區都係打卡位！每一間鋪嘅裝修設計都好特別好用心，大家記住去之前要訂位😙今次就試咗呢間tmk funk roll 😎係專門食日式fusion 菜同卷物！喺呢一區來講，chill下飲杯酒，再食啲small bite嘅話，好推介呢度！環境靚而且價錢係超級親民👍🏻值得一提嘅係staff好細心，好親切！會好用心將餐牌上面嘅菜式講解而且仲會作出推介😆Karaage - 其實就係炸雞🍗雞肉炸得香脆都juicy!不過就略嫌鹹咗少少，點嘅醬夠晒辣，送啤酒一流！Funki tofu - 以為係炸豆腐，點知原來係炸日式嘅魚豆腐，口感彈牙！外皮炸得香脆，再加上酸味味嘅蔬菜，仲有牛油果同特製嘅醬汁，好清新嘅一款Tuna hotdog handroll - 個人最鍾意係呢條，係一個打開設計嘅壽司，飯入邊塞滿左材料，有吞拿魚粒，蟹柳絲同辣醬汁，個壽司外皮紫菜炸得勁香！一啖咬落去口感勁豐富❤️再配埋辣汁真係好好食，一舊唔夠喉！Popping ice cream -貪得意試吓，加咗鹽同橄欖油，底層仲有威化餅🙈🙈呢個組合估唔到幾

Tuna hotdog handroll - 個人最鍾意係呢條，係一個打開設計嘅壽司，飯入邊塞滿左材料，有吞拿魚粒，蟹柳絲同辣醬汁，個壽司外皮紫菜炸得勁香！一啖咬落去口感勁豐富❤️再配埋辣汁真係好好食，一舊唔夠喉！

Popping ice cream -貪得意試吓，加咗鹽同橄欖油，底層仲有威化餅🙈🙈呢個組合估唔到幾好食！重點係底層嘅威化餅，好鬆脆，富有牛油香❤️
