We ordered 1 hotdog, 1 wrap n nachos half year ago and it took us 20 mins to get all the food take away! It means to be fast food so we think tge staffs r very slow. 有時候，吃到好的店子，真的是撞彩咁撞。這一次人在夜中環，晚9點，在中環中心上完課後，我沒有向山上尋食，反而沿皇后大道中，向上環方向找，就在準備落文咸街前，蘇杭街轉角位的那一間經常改頭換面的小小食店又有新意思，這一次，換來了一間食墨西哥卷 ( Burrito) 的小食店，名字叫《Yonge Piggies》。上環這一帶，同灣仔同一命運，漸漸地被外國勢力入侵了，所以造就了西式小店在這一區興起。若有心機在上環的小街尋找，係會有好多新發現的。而我就沒有多去找了，因為這《Yonge Piggies》已經把我截停了。這《Yonge Piggies》，是一間售賣 Burrito 的小店。大家會問，墨西哥卷不是叫 Taco 嗎? 對的，有一種墨西哥卷的確是叫 Taco，是日我來牛刀小試的 Burrito ，是另一雒形態的墨西哥卷。我點上的，是招牌的豬肉卷，店員會首先把豬肉炒好，加入必加的佐料之後，先拿過來，像食 Subway 一樣，自己選擇自己的配菜餡料，選好，我以為上得，原來還要卷實，包錫紙，再放入焗爐烤。烤好，就會原隻卷物奉上，而在此刻，我明白了 Burrito 同 Taco 的分別。 Taco

Yonge Piggies 在上環蘇杭街, 這邊一般不會常常來, 今天我們兩個人經過走進去吃了個PORK BURRITOS, 肉的軟硬度很好, 肉不會太乾. 捲起來的菜和SAUCE剛剛好, 都不會一邊吃一邊掉出來, 而且捲得很大, 如果一個人會太飽了!點了薯條和ICED LEMON TEA加起來100元, 是香港區的價錢, 我覺得有一點點貴, 不過味道真的不錯.環境看起來很悠閒, 有個大的窗對街外, 車不算多, 不會太大塵, 在這個小店裡感覺起來空間感多了點, 不過天氣太熱, 總是樓上有滴水, 冷氣冷熱不接咧~~~這個感覺不太好!

熱狗在外國比香港流行, 在香港通常在大球場或馬場時最多人叫, 午餐很少機會品嘗, 因中午食熱狗作正餐心理上不太好, Yonge Piggies 在中上環, 老外比較多, 應該有一定市場。主要供應熱狗, 也有其他如三文治, 但也用熱狗包做的, 西式券食 Poutine 也有供應, 而食客以自助形式 order。到此當然要試其熱狗, Honey Garlic Sausages ($68), Sizes 跟一般熱狗差不多, 其味道也吃不出有Honey 及 Garlic, 只有番茄醬及芥末及比較咸；另一隻為 Chedder Sausages ($68), 同樣只有番茄醬及芥末味, Chedder 芝士味不足。沒有試其 Milkshake, 因想到其他咖啡店飲咖啡。因地方不大, 有食客坐出門外, 但也算其有外國食店特色。

以前晌加國時好鐘意食街邊熱狗, 實在係太有風味太好味, 好可惜晌香港一直搵唔到有加國風味o既熱狗.見到Yonge Piggies開咗都好一段時間(唔記得幾耐), 一直好想試但苦無機會.上星期終於的起心肝去試一試佢...主打熱狗有四款($68一款):1. Hickory Smoked2. Picante Pepper3. Honey Garlic4. Cheddar我自己試咗Honey Garlic, 有輕微甜甜o既蜜糖味, 好香o既蒜頭味...熱狗腸o既質地同我晌加國食o既好相近, 好香口好有加國風味...晌等待期間, 見到佢牆上o既海報物體有提及熱狗腸係加國入口...不過著實同我晌加國食過o既有少少分別...我覺得無咁大條...配料都唔能夠同加國o既相比...係有類同...但並非一模一樣...例如有個綠色好似青瓜粒醬咁...同晌加國食o既似係一樣...但粟米呢哩度就用一粒粒o既而非加國食熱狗用果種有一粒粒粟米o既粟米醬...哩度有德國咸豬手配果種酸菜絲(加國我記得係無)...仲有新鮮洋蔥粒, 蕃茄, 制過o既青辣椒, 同埋X欖等等...醬料都有幾種選擇, 我無去深究佢有咩醬料供應,

近年上環蘇杭街開了不少美食，今次來到的食店主打是吃熱狗。食店裝潢以開放式設計，令人感覺置身美國街頭。食店供應四款加拿大進口的熱狗，分別是包括山胡桃木燻製香腸（Hickory smoked），辛辣胡椒香腸（Picante pepper），蜜蒜香腸（Honey Garlic）和車打芝士香腸(Cheddar)。每款$68，加$20轉餐有炸薯條或沙律菜及汽水我選擇了蜜糖香蒜熱狗，等待不足十分鐘，再上前選擇配料。配料可以選擇4款：辣椒、酸菜、蕃茄、洋蔥、青瓜、芝士、粟米、煙肉碎、生菜等等…醬料任選一款：BBQ醬、黃芥末醬、茄汁、蛋黃醬、千島醬等等…我選擇了辣椒、蕃茄、酸菜、蘑菇，配上BBQ醬，感覺微辣，但很開胃。淡淡的蜜糖和香蒜味，淹蓋不了香腸濃郁的肉味，由於有很多配料，放進口裡有種很滿足的感覺。下次有機會，我會再來試其他款式!
