Served with a sweet and tangy paprika based sauce, slightly under-seasoned.✨𝕊𝕥𝕖𝕒𝕜✨𝑹𝒊𝒃-𝒆𝒚𝒆 𝟏𝟐𝒐𝒛 Steak is seared to the exact liking of ours. That slightly charcoal aroma is irresistible. I already miss that succulent and savoury cut while posting this. The most satisfying part of eating a ribeye is to feel that fatty cap melting and let the unique mellow taste burst. Let’s just say we are dining at a steakhouse so obviously the meat is the star of the show. ——————————————————————————————When I set foot in Buenos Aires Polo Club, I can't help but keep thinking that I am invited to a mid-century gentlemen's club. The historical and masculine vibe coming from all those polo wall decos, as well as the details embedded in their service. The restaurant really excels in serving their meat spot on with precise cuisson.
