We felt like a steak 🥩 for lunch and decided to visit Bones and Blades in Yoho Mall. When we arrived the service is unfriendly and not welcoming 🥶We ordered the set menu steak sets, a Flank Steak medium and Tenderloin medium-rare. We waited for about 35 minutes for our steaks to arrive. What was worst the fries that came with the steaks arrived about 15 mins before the steaks were served and were all finished by the time the steaks arrived 🤷♂️For the starters you can select a soup or salad, I chose the salad as the soup is like dishwashing water! The salad was ok, it has salt and pepper added for you. The salad was dry and had no moisture, I guess it had been refrigerated for a while. The fries were hot, but you can taste the freezer burn on them, they provide some strange tomato sauce, sorta chunky, i wonder whether it is home made? The steaks are cooked in an oven and not cooked on a grill. I didn’t know this and the reason why they took so long. However, when the steaks finally arrived they were very thick cut and obviously needed to be finished in the oven. The tenderloin was massive and thick, had a good beef flavor and was tender. It was cooked medium rare as requested. The flank steak was also thick and very tender. It had a strong deep beef flavor and was cooked medium as requested. I don’t think the steaks are rested after being cooked, but they were juicy enough. To be honest, only if you have a lot of time order the steak for lunch. Don’t expect good service.

今天剛好去元朗區工作,路經覓食YOHO,見到這間專食牛扒的Bones& Blades,似乎CP值高就入去試下,餐廳裝修一般,叫咗Medium rare flat iron加露筍,這塊flatiron算juicy但有筋,不過未算𡁻唔到,肉味一般。可能是早一兩個星期在銅鑼灣試了另一間又係標榜高CP值的牛扒餐廳,今次這塊就完全比下去。但我覺得最敗筆是那個白烚蘆筍,蘆筍沒有隨牛扒一齊上,等咗一陣先分開上,那個甜豉油汁太突兀,亦不配蘆筍的味道,感覺求其加啲味就算,這個side dish更要$50元,早知要個薯條就算。

今日喺yoho食咗間唔錯嘅西餐😋 呢間西餐已經係第三次食 可能未畀人發掘到 所以排隊唔多人 呢度最出名嘅係牛肉🐂 今次叫咗個五成熟嘅特濃腰板牛 我哋要求五成熟 廚師煮得岩岩好 塊牛肉無根好好食🤤 牛味都好重 另外叫咗個(小肥薯條)- 個餐牌係咁寫㗎 我都希望食咗只係小肥😬 $55都幾大兜 同埋炸得好脆 叫咗個三色芝士 $128都幾好食 又多 好夠喉 重點推介 酥炸五花腩 一款幾特別嘅菜式 個皮炸得好脆 啲肉都好嫩 送返杯啤酒 $68都唔貴🍺正 ~再來個簡單嘅小老闆沙律 今餐真係好滿足👍

行左成個yoho,最後揀左呢間,叫左個牛扒丼飯,有d期待,點知嚟到睇到個樣都已經feel到唔太掂,食左兩舊牛扒,總結係無牛味,好dry,都唔知自己食緊乜,完唔會再去

🔴Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️🟠情人節食飯都離唔開去食牛扒㗎啦🤣10對情侶應該有8對都會揀食牛扒😛🟡雖然今年情人節又冇堂食🥲但都介紹返間好casual少少快餐式嘅鋸扒餐廳俾大家😛就係Bones & Blades啦🥩🟢Bones & Blades主打草飼牛🐂每款扒都係重量計算,最少好似都要嗌200g🥩有啲部位仲最少300g添🥩揀好之後店員會拎埋塊扒俾你睇😛睇完先入去煎😛有時賣哂指定重量就可能要揀第二個size或者第二款肉🥲我嗰日晏晝去都有啲size賣哂所以再嗌得大舊啲🥲飽到🔵牛扒今次嗌咗dry aged ribeye同hanger steak🥩但係上枱後就覺得煎得一般🙌🏻不過肉味都濃郁🥩好想食肉的話可以一試嘅因為質素還好的✨🟣覺得side dishes嘅sauteed portabello🍄同grilled asparagus好食😛鍾意食菇同蘆荀記得要嗌😛
