天后好味既食店很多,還是在這區食台灣菜。奇怪星期六晚上六時多,一檯客都無。不過此店價錢十分實惠,一試無妨。全店都以湖水綠做主色,很舒服。四寶飯,有蛋,雞翼,豆腐,肉,大大碗,味道不錯!份量足,有台灣古早味道不得不提餐牌有講如何辨別魯肉飯,肉燥飯同控肉飯既分別,感覺很專業呢!又長知識了!拼盤有台灣常食的小食:鹽蘇雞,花枝ball, 台式香腸,炸雞翼,全都很地道的!點了兩杯珍珠奶茶,但竟然話珍珠賣晒!唯有轉了椰果及芒果爆珠Like this dessert very much! 珍寶仙草凍,同係台灣食的味道9成似呢!估唔到價錢合理又有驚喜!

六點幾放工時間入黎一個人都冇。都知伏伏地..四個職員一人一張枱玩電話見到客入黎都唔會主動讓一張出黎。非常好野諗住叫個湯麵點知咩餸都冇既。得返d魚蛋貢丸有賣算。是但叫個素菜面啦..個職員拎住我碗面來回吧枱同廚房幾次...嘩..邊個位先係煮食地方呀...第一入間餐廳咁樣...好擔心佢唔知加咩落去...出到黎個邊都未抺好...好污衊囉...入黎先上open rice睇下..原來真係全部負評...堅唔敢有下次囉...

Feeling rather lazy on the weekend, we decided to order takeaway and noticed this little joint on online dining platform . It seemed reasonably priced and acceptable quality; the online photos didn't suggest anything to the contrary. We thought it was worth a go and ordered:*Braised beef noodles*Chicken rice*DumplingsBraised beef noodlesThe broth was rich, however a tad salty and oily for my taste. It wasn't like with ramen where you could sip it and enjoy it in its own right, but overall it was tolerable. The noodles weren't impressive at all as they went way past the point of being al dente and lacked much substance -breaking apart with very light contact. However, it wasn't all despair; the beef itself was the silver lining; soft, tender and just melted in your mouth. Chicken riceThe ratio of chicken to batter was decent (i.e. they didn't skimp on the meat) and the chicken itself was cooked just right. I was pleasantly surprised that, though being fried, the chicken wasn't so oily so you didn't have the guilty feeling building up inside after each bite. DumplingsActually, we were expecting something similar to the pan-fried Shanghai ("Sang Jin baau") dumplings, but instead we got something more akin to deep-fried gyozos . The pastry was quite thick and I'm not sure if it was just because of the time it took to deliver, but the texture was a bit spongy and dry so it gave you a somewhat bloated feeling afterwards. The filling tasted OK, it was finely minced and had some seasoning, but overall I didn't find the dumplings made me crave more and it was a bit of a chore to get through them if I am being honest.FINAL VERDICT: THE BRAISED BEEF AND FRIED CHICKEN ARE WORTH A SHOT!

午餐時間,發現天佑這間台式料理,餐牌推介紅燒牛肉麵和茶薈炒米粉,炒米粉炒得乾身,加了肉鬆更是劃龍點精,一個字,得,但那推介的紅燒牛肉麵,兩個字,唔掂,牛展硬、冇味,牛肉也不夠味,面條非常普通,湯底有色但冇味,另外有order 酸辣湯及油豆腐粉絲湯,酸辣湯可以,以18元一碗來看,夠料,但油豆腐粉絲湯就好難好難才找到粉絲,也是18元一碗,冇想過粉絲原來咁矜貴😅,我會為了這碟炒米粉再次光臨,但其他的就不用了

I decided to come in here one Saturday tea time afternoon after hearing good reviews. When I came in, I was told by a lady to sit anywhere I please. There are two floors to this restaurant and I chose to sit on the ground floor, and coincidentally, I sat in front of the kitchen. I sat down and immediately noticed there is only 1 lady taking some 6-7 tables, including me. Seeing her like that, I patiently waited and once I was approached by her, I ordered stir fried noodles ($34) and add a cold taro bubble tea from their special drink category (+$5). After a few minutes, my drink arrived first. I must say it was warm. Not too warm, not room temperature but it was obviously warm. I had the stir the ice cubes into the drink to mesh them in, and finally the coldness surfaced. While waiting for my main meal, I noticed that their kitchen door kept opening back and forth with either the cleaning lady going in and out or the owner's kid helping the lone chef with delivering ingredients in. One chef with 6-7 tables to serve! And counting because diners were coming in. This happened on the weekend, not on a weekday but on a weekend. Either the other kitchen staff went to an early vacation or they really do just have only one (kitchen) staff. No wonder my main dish arrived 30 minutes later. The other diners were patient by tinkering with their phones. When I think I saw my order, the chef immediately rang for the lady to come pick it up but for some reason, she never showed up. After a few minutes, the owner's kid saw it and at first couldn't find who the dish belonged to, and when he asked if I ordered it, I nodded in joy that the food is finally here. I also overheard him complaining to the lady that he couldn't find where the dish should go to because I wasn't given s receipt and I most certainly did have it.Anyway, my main dish arrived . Stir-fried noodles with pork slices, imitation crab, add in pork floss and minced meat topped with a few spring chives and carrots. Sadly, the noodles tasted burnt. Not obviously in its appearance but it tasted like the burnt bottom of a wok. I was so hungry, I just scoffed it all down. Rest tasted bland. It really needs salt and pepper. The runny egg was the only one delicious for me really.I will not go back to this place, not until the owner stops being so cheap in manpower. One floor staff. One cleaning lady. One chef. On a weekend. All for a two-floor establishment with so many tables and couches?
