話說一早有野做,想買個早餐快食。食過咁多次food court就係無食過佢個麵包,因為成日行過就咁望都覺得太邪惡。點知果日眼尾見到佢有款疑似健康啲既包喎,就買左黎試。個raspberry rye bun唔算大,其實三幾啖食哂,亦都頂唔到肚好耐。不過黑麥麵包本身在市場上都貴啲既,所以十蚊又唔算離地。個包係幾好食既!咬落去好鬆軟,亦都有啲乾果香。不過佢咁鬆軟既質感令到我淆淆地,始終好多健康既發酵方法都好少咁有空氣感。如果佢可以list番ingredients咁消費者就食得更安心啦!

係treats食完午餐 順便買埋聽朝早餐 foodcourt最近門口果間叫 bake it up!係西式麵包啊 鍾意超硬麵包嘅我即刻買左條.呢條係multigrain sourdough 上面有各種類嘅榖物 有一啲係脆嘅有一啲係淋嘅有一啲係硬嘅 大細都有唔同 令到個質感好豐富就算個包入面無其他配料唔會好dry 個包本身呢 係硬身但係又唔至於咬唔開 我好鍾意.26蚊一條算係抵因為佢好長啊 拼埋同我隻前臂一樣 可以食到三餐 計落都係9蚊一餐

早前從網上看到,太古城中心有新 Food Court 進駐,一早已將這個bake it up 列入必試店舖!這款脆烤6x 芝士三文治是銷量No.1, 所以當然試試看! $48 三文治一早預先製定,下完單後店員就會在鐵板上把牛油熱溶,然後將三文治放上鐵板烤香,再用燒熱的熨斗型鐵板壓住,讓麵包烤得更均勻。同一時間,店員會加熱芝士脆片,而且在脆片上更會額外加上芝士,溶了的芝士方便將芝士脆片與三文治整合。 最後,店員會用牛油紙包起整份三文治,再按需要切成兩分。非常貼心的服務,不用自己動手切,又有紙巾包裹,方面進食。雖然實物與圖片有差距,芝士分量並沒有想像中多,但芝士有拉絲效果,而且味道夠香,沒有其他餡料反而更加突出芝士本身的味道。由於即叫即整,三文治熱辣辣,多穀麵包煎得香脆,質感有彈性,配合外層的芝士脆片,芝味十足。 不過,由於三文治一煎好就用紙包著,如果不立即進食,水氣就會令麵包和芝士片變腍,就會大打折扣,所以建議要盡快食用!除了這款三文治,還有燒牛肉、辣味手撕豬肉等口味,下次可以再試!

Paperstone Bakery has opened in Cityplaza inside the new food court called Treats but under the guise of Bake It Up. I'm not really sure why they renamed themselves here. Offering all sorts of yummy bread, they also have a grilled cheese counter. Originally in Sheung Wan, they have since opened up another spot in Tseung Kwan O's Popcorn Mall.They have samplings of most off their bread. But I decided to get a raspberry danish so I could have it for breakfast the next day.The danish was topped with a lovely custard and a sweet raspberry. The danish pastry was flakey and buttery. Though I think it could have been a bit more buttery. Inside the danish was a small amount of vanilla custard.A lot more convenient place for me to take away some bread for later. I watched a bit of the grilled cheese station and it looked promising. I will try the grilled cheese next time.
