儀式感日式燒鳥,但燒鳥質素不太穩定~自從上次食左串亭之後,發現隔離呢間燒鳥 Tsukada都係同一間集團而又係日本師傅主理,襯住生日迫左先生黎同我食 🤣 一路都有客人入黎,相信應該訂會位會好D,而呢到亦可以點到隔離既串揚食品~可以望住日本師傅煮食,據稱係由炭爐燒!而廚房亦有塊牌仔介紹今日既師傅,分別係吉田師傅同山口師傅。今次叫左$698 Omakase 套餐,當你點完套餐師傳會執好一盤肉然後介紹,幾有儀式感!之後就一路食前菜一路等串燒啦,一路食就前半部份其實都可以既,肉係燒到岩岩好,但係串燒整體都係比較淡味,而客人檯前面只係有一味粉同七味粉定山椒粉,無得加鹽…去到後期開始汁燒,汁燒既又全部好鹹😅後尾走既時候經理派卡片,見到原來係塚田農場既集團,就唔知點解扣哂分了 🤣😅一開始塚田農場岩岩係香港開其實我都間中幫襯,但到後期變得好難食。雖然同一集團但串亭我覺得唔錯,串燒就唔係好穩定,所以今餐都有少少失望~~🏠店名:燒鳥 Tsukada 🚘地址:尖沙咀堪富利士道8號格蘭中心地下01-03號舖#尖沙咀 #尖沙咀美食

This intimate yakitori restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui serves an omakase menu that is very well planned and delicious. The set includes appetizers, a delicious chicken chawanmushi, a homemade salad with kiwi dressing, homemade pickles, assorted yakitori, A5 Wagyu beef skewer, noodle soup in a delicious chicken broth, and dessert. Every dish is very balanced with a mix of vegetables and meat, and the portion is perfect. The yakitori chefs that work there are Japanese and they grill the skewers over charcoal, which gives it a very fragrant distinct flavor. The food there is super authentic and it feels like you are transported to Japan sitting at the bar of a yakitori restaurant. The surface there is incredible and they also have a wide range of socket to choose from. For those who preferred to drink more, they have a really good bottomless drinks menu, which cost around $300HKD per person and you can choose from drinks like sake, wine, sours, etc.

生食級的雞肉,能感受到師傅用心的料理,出菜速度不快,適合慢慢聊天享受良好的氣氛。雞肉串幾乎每一串都很好吃,如果坐在烤台前,還可以看到師傅用心烹煮的樣子,是一個精緻的享受。過年期間全家大小一起聚餐,吃吃喝喝,很是開心,除了烤雞肉串和烤和牛很精彩之外,拉麵和手作布丁也很讓人驚艷!唯一小缺憾是服務人員對於菜色不夠熟悉,有一道和牛+生雞蛋的料理,其實是會辣的,問了服務人員強調不辣,點了兩份小朋友的,結果辣到不行,算是此餐中的小缺憾。
