屯門三聖邨必食海鮮,呢間南記餐廳,午餐食蒸魚都只係$55,真係好抵食!唔好以為$55啲嘢好一般,今次食豉汁蒸䱽魚,絕對係超水準!喺三聖食海鮮,新鮮就唔使講,䱽魚好大條,配上豉汁蒸,真係好撘,絕對推薦大家入黎食!

三聖邨南記海鮮飯店當然出名食海鮮,但午市都人頭湧湧,見到咁熱鬧都入去試吓。一坐低先來一碗紅蘿蔔豬骨湯,看看餐牌,原來真係抵到爛:大大碟炒粉麵飯$50起,我喜愛蒸魚,見到有蒸鱔飯都只係$62,即刻落單,侍應話即叫即蒸要等,但十分鐘左右已上枱,熱辣辣,仲有兩大塊滑豆腐,鱔肉好有咬口,豉汁餸飯簡直一流,咁又一餐開心晚飯

I ordered scallops and lobster. The scallops are traditionally steamed with garlic flour, which is incredibly tasty. The vermicelli is well seasoned and bouncy. The scallops are perfectly steamed, not too old. The lobster, on the other hand, did not perish, the meat stayed fresh, but the cheese was a little small.. you might add more, or pick steaming next time.Another order of roast goose, the roast geese is really excellent; it is not your typical roast goose, the marinade appears to be unique, with fat and lean meat distributed equally. However, the pricing is a little too high.Ordinary restaurant with friendly service, adequate seats, and no rush to serve guests. I don't feel ripped off. I'll come again next time.

帶老豆朋友一行14人去三聖食海鮮,本身訂咗青山灣漁港酒家,但記得上次去食麻麻哋,所以轉去南記,食咗咁多年水準都OK,但今次真係失望!!!龍蝦伊麵淡而無味,條蒸魚豉油又係無味,金銀蛋白菜唔知點解又係冇味,個師傅真係好養生。之後等咗好耐先出蒜蓉粉絲蒸象拔蚌同埋炒蟶子,但係象拔蚌又蒸得超老,鞋過我塊面。聖子叫做正正常常,係得隻燒鵝keep到水準。食咗至少十幾年,今次真係好失望,買咗5千幾蚊既海鮮,真係覺得嘥晒!!!

個個都話三聖劏客,唔試唔知真定假。有次台灣朋友嚟旅行,指定去呢間。附近買完海鮮,過嚟加工,再嗌多幾個餸,又一餐。買咗扇貝、龍蝦。扇貝最傳統用返蒜蓉粉絲蒸,都幾好食,粉絲好入味又彈牙,扇貝蒸到啱啱好,唔會太老。龍蝦不過不失,肉質keep 到唔老,不過芝士有啲小家,可以落多啲,或者下次揀清蒸。另外嗌咗個燒鵝,燒鵝好好食,唔係平時普通燒鵝,醃料好似係特製,肥瘦均勻,好惹味。但係價錢就嫌貴咗少少。普通餐廳,staff幾welcoming, 座位幾好座又唔趕客。冇俾人劏嘅感覺,下次會再嚟。
