“Must Go” level Pho in old town Kwai Hing🤩.Broth = The soul of Pho, and i though they have a very good soul 🤤.Located in a small local mall near MTR station and easy to find. They operate in family owned style, treat the guest sincere nice and quick response.Highly recommended for spicy&sour foodie. They have very unique soup based and everything just balance. The taste is amazing yum. What a good combination..That will be perfect if the beef can be paid to upgrade or can change to other toppings next time. .P.s I thought take away is not a good idea to enjoy the soup Pho. May be the cold mix can be ~ just saying

姨姨好nice, 我哋買咗手搖飲品,但因為之前啲嘢遲咗搞掂,飲唔到,所以拎埋入去🧋見到個湯河有嘢飲送,但我哋冇要,廢事飲唔曬嘥咗😌 姨姨好welcome 我哋係佢度飲,仲同我哋傾下計,問下係邊度買咁樣。不過其他人唔好學😂 都係幫襯翻佢啲嘢飲👍🏻💛香茅雞翼湯河 ($50)雞翼嘅香茅味唔太出,隱約有少少香茅味,因為我唔鍾意太重香茅味,所以我幾鍾意佢👍🏻 個湯好清😋 之後啲辣椒味慢慢出嚟🌶 都一樣好飲💛招牌生牛湯河 ($50)生牛薄薄地一片(但唔係薄到透光咁樣😂) 好滑同好淋👍🏻💛越式蝦餅 ($42)蝦餅嘅皮好似魚片嘅皮咁樣,同埋佢好香🤤今日唔知係咪星期六,所以計埋我得三四枱🥺 希望多啲人支持下❣️

第一次黎食,坐低諗住叫職員落單,然後職員叫自己落單。呢度要自助落單,隔離有張紙可以自己畫,自己寫完再去收銀埋單。一共叫咗兩個河粉 ,一個招牌生牛肉湯河 $48 ,一個扎肉湯河 $48 , 熱飲加$3 ,凍飲加$6但兩個湯底都淡而無味,完全唔係越式個種,河粉更加係港式果隻生牛肉一般,有小小鞋,扎肉正常飲品方面:奶茶不錯

之前成日都要排隊,想食好耐,今日決定去排下。點知疫情之下難得唔洗排隊嘅越南粉小店。我點咗扎肉湯檬,快速上菜。味道就不過不失~湯有啲清淡⋯我碗粉就好似去咗食清湯河咁~岩晒唔係重口味嘅朋友。魚露都同平時食開橙色嘅有唔同,依到比較深色同偏咸。而我飲蜂蜜薑茶就好濃味,飲完個胃舒服晒!絕對唔係比小小薑蜜沖一大杯水!!!不過環境就簡單,而且都有啲熱。良心老板娘買左一疊蘋果放係收銀位送比買唔到嘅食客。老板娘仲會問食客買唔買到,買唔到隨便拎🍎依邊附近好似比較少越南菜,想食嘅時候都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。

每逢中午都會諗吓叫啲乜嘢外賣,今日上網做咗搜尋,發現有間越南餐廳好似還不錯,於是望吓其他食評決定一試,個烤牛肉撈檬真係同食評所說的一樣超多牛肉,不過有少少難咬,個汁都偏酸🤣
