平時一見到cupcake都會耍手零頭因為cupcake一向既甜度都係死甜今次令我喜出望外既一間Cupcake上面果個cream係好軟同滑身🧁 個朱古力蛋糕好鬆軟同甜度剛剛好 連埋個cream酸酸地一齊食 可以中和返同真係夾 好味👍🏻

甜品之中我最鐘意 cupcake ,因為感覺好大方高貴好 grand. 是日買左呢個 vanilla cupcake 做宵夜。睇落普通,但其實呢個 cream 有好多層。入口首先嚐到塊果糖脆片層, 硬硬地微甜; 然後後咬入奶醬層,軟綿綿又帶奶油香。 咬落就係鬆軟之蛋糕, 上面塗了一層拖肥糖漿, 甜美可人, 外圍微脆但內裡鬆化的感覺交迭, 而蛋香, 牛油香充滿整個口腔, 加上奶油點綴, 甜得來濃香感覺很實在, 令人心花露放。是公司散水餠首選。

I've been treated with the popular sift cupcakes at various company meetings, baby showers, afternoon parties, and more. I even bought the sift cupcakes as a substitute to mooncakes last year (so much about last-minute shopping). and today I resort to its salted caramel as a quick sugar dopamine boost after the first half day at work in 2016.The Quarry Bay branch is clearly not designed to have people sitting down for afternoon tea. While coffee is a nice company to great dessert, I don't see why they cannot serve better than dark-rostered bitter sour pentry-style coffee.To sum it up, love their sweets, especially red velvet and salted caramel. I'd recommend preorder your party cakes, or swing by before 2 pm when they have more inventory or after 6pm around a second round of supply for the most popular options. If you want a decent tea set, I'd direct you to the Espresso Alchemy downstairs on Hoi Wan street, it's honey n buttery banana bread plus any really good coffee/tea set is about the same price, with a more comfortable seat.

途經鰂魚涌,因未夠時間食晚飯,就唻到呢間SIFT閒坐嘆杯咖啡,見到餅櫃內嘅cupcake,macaron同其他甜點,賣相認真一流,忍唔住點咗1件咖啡味及1件朱古力味macaron試試。店員另外推介我試埋佢哋嘅signature chocolate cake ($48一件)。件cake無論賣相,質地,味道都真係頂瓜瓜,外面質地似軟朱古力jam,內裡幾層蛋糕內含似係hazelnut及朱古力味道嘅配料確實好好味!Maracon($18一粒),質地同味道亦都好正,正中外脆內軟,中間夾層似係朱古力味道嘅配料,但整體都唔會過重咖啡味或朱古力味。咖啡味道亦不俗,可能天氣轉涼咗,稍嫌溫度唔係好夠。整體而言,食品及飲品質素皆好,價錢上上,店舖環境尚算舒適,經開絕對值得一試再試 !

Tadaa! Here I present the Lady Mocha Religieuse from sift. Not only do they looked amazingly cute and attractive, they tasted very nice too. The Valrhona dark chocolate French pastry cream and coffee crémeux filled choux were both really good. The choux had a slight buttery hint and was pretty fluffy. The Valrhona dark chocolate French pastry cream filling was dense, smooth and rich while the coffee crémeux had a slight bitter hint to balance the sweetness from the chocolate filled choux. I absolutely loved the coffee croustillant on top as it provided hint of crunchiness. If I were to improve it, I would probably have cut down a bit of the sweetness on the dark chocolate pastry cream filling as having the whole thing alone would be a little too filling.Here we go the second piece we tried from sift! The Chocolate-Earl Grey Tart. The tart was very fragrant and looks very clean and neat with appropriate amount of decorations. The earl grey macaron on top was pretty nice, given that we were spoiled by Pierre Herme's creation, this was actually a quite good macaron in mini size. Pâte sucrée was buttery and crunchy while the dark Valrhona chocolate crumble at the bottom made a nice complement given its texture. We absolutely love the earl grey crémeux and Valrhona milk chocolate ganache filling. They were rich but not too heavy. In all, we are very satisfied with the cakes we had! Thanks the Sift team again for this amazing cakes. Go embrace your day with these wonderful cakes!
