I've been treated with the popular sift cupcakes at various company meetings, baby showers, afternoon parties, and more. The Quarry Bay branch is clearly not designed to have people sitting down for afternoon tea. While coffee is a nice company to great dessert, I don't see why they cannot serve better than dark-rostered bitter sour pentry-style coffee.
To sum it up, love their sweets, especially red velvet and salted caramel. I'd recommend preorder your party cakes, or swing by before 2 pm when they have more inventory or after 6pm around a second round of supply for the most popular options. If you want a decent tea set, I'd direct you to the Espresso Alchemy downstairs on Hoi Wan street, it's honey n buttery banana bread plus any really good coffee/tea set is about the same price, with a more comfortable seat.
