朋友有難,立即約食飯。搵到依間 低調串燒小店,位置唔係太就腳,不過就係貪佢靜,傾計訴苦一流。店內只有 10張枱左右,有得坐外面,秋冬天可以試下。打開餐單,大路的串燒都有,價錢都合理。叫左好多種,每樣一串試下味,再叫多杯啤酒,慢慢傾下計。以上的基本都正常,唔會好乾,甚至燒過龍。好食的有墨魚咀、雞腎、雞軟骨、多春魚同虎蝦。 腸類就可以唔駛試啦店舖位置唔係咁就腳,但相對環境都唔錯,係傾計的一個好地方,是會再來光顧的小店。

呢間超隱世嘅串燒店真係要住附近嘅街坊先知。一到夜晚就開始熱鬧,價錢唔太貴,啱晒一班好友一邊吹水一邊食串燒!〈日式炸蠔〉$30/4呢到除左串燒仲有好多日式食物、炸物、天婦羅等等。炸蠔油溫控制得好好,外皮好脆唔油膩,一口咬落去包住好多汁,十分推薦!〈和風墨魚咀〉$18〈雞肉串〉$15〈薩摩雞心串〉$15〈豬頸肉〉$20墨魚咀略嫌燒得唔夠,好多汁但唔夠味同唔夠爽。雞肉同豬頸肉都燒得啱啱好熟,仲有肉汁,好香燒烤味。雞心處理得好好,唔會好重內臟味,仲燒到有少少爽口。串燒汁都係偏甜嘅日式串燒汁,個人黎講就甜左少少啦。〈雞皮〉$12每次食串燒必叫雞皮!呢個雞皮燒得好脆,好似食零食咁,唔會油膩。〈牛香脷〉$28〈羊肉串〉$20〈安格斯肥牛串〉$40牛脷燒到焦焦地咁,味道夠重,可能要中意牛脷嘅人先接受到。羊肉好騷,羊肉愛好者表示喜歡!肥牛串係薄肥牛,掛左好多醬,太乾同較甜,唔推薦。〈蒜香孜然豬仔骨〉$40/2推薦!豬仔骨燒得啱啱好,外皮乾身但係入面肉汁爆出黎。同埋攞住舊骨咬好爽!〈醬爆魷魚鬚〉$28海鮮一樣做得出色。雖然個魷魚鬚無醬爆嘅感覺,但燒到焦焦地陣燒烤味好香,爽口。〈爽口虎蝦〉$38有手掌咁長嘅虎蝦,十分新鮮,熟度剛好,一啲都唔乾!〈翠肉瓜〉$12〈汁燒秋葵〉$14〈鮮菇〉$14到蔬菜真係不得不讚賞呢度嘅火候控制得好好,所有食物都唔會燒過龍。翠玉瓜同秋葵保留到汁水。只係鮮菇唔係好夠味。兩個人叫咗15樣嘢都已經好飽,如果唔係一定會食佢嘅燒香蕉同燒菠蘿!不過因為夜晚比較多人,叫咗嘅食物一次過燒一次過上,食唔切令到其他食物擺凍咗,可以分開兩次嗌。

【#肥波串燒系列】#沒有店舖立場資訊 佢舖裡面係播𝖢𝖢𝖳𝖵𝖡,但佢上年(當時佢係做午市嘅)曾經出過𝗇𝗈𝗍𝗂𝖼𝖾,政府唔開返晚市堂食佢唔會開舖🥲所以佢係🟡🔵(?)媽咪,我好亂呀!🎈禁止晚市堂食之前要做咩?就梗係去堂食啦😂新聞出左之後當晚超旺場(其實佢經常都好旺場,每次經過都見佢坐到出出面🤪)因為呢間舖依家只係開晚市嘅關係,所以唯有依家食一次先,唔係都唔知幾時先可以再食🥲🎈因為已經食過好幾次,所以我地叫左啲食過值得翻叮嘅野,不過今次唔記得叫辣!辣味好食好多架!失策😆以下呢幾樣係肥波同肥成私心推介:😋 安格斯肥牛串佢地每一次都燒得好好,肥牛厚薄適中,唔會話燒到好靭,入口依然一咬就斷,配埋佢啲燒汁,正👍🏻😋 秘制巴辣雞翼 呢個係同𝗄𝖿𝖼有啲似嘅雞翼(比起家鄉雞老伯佢辣少少),不過佢每次都係即叫即炸,所以熱辣辣脆卜卜勁正😝呢個係肥成必定會叫嘅項目!😋 燒冬菇/燒娃娃菜每一餐都要食菜去平衡返嘅肥波,我鍾意燒冬菇多啲,燒完嘅冬菇唔會好乾而係好𝗃𝗎𝗂𝖼𝗒!娃娃菜就又係肥成會叫嘅餸,不過燒完嘅娃娃菜其實都好食嘅~😋 燒甜薯呢個係我食左一次就每次都翻叮!燒完嘅甜薯係超甜,真係超!甜!而且佢唔會燒到粒甜薯仔乾晒水,依然軟淋淋,賣飛佛~~💵 $352/ 2person,未必係最抵食嘅串燒店,但佢係我地係黃大仙區會經常想食嘅一間舖😋📍 原燒📍 黃大仙鳳凰新村崇華街44號地下#黃大仙美食 #黃大仙 #串燒 #串燒店 #原燒

This restaurant, as the title mentions, is extremely popular within the neighborhood. I’ve walked by here many times and it is almost always packed when I go by. It is rather small however, so the capacity is part of the reason it’s so full.It’s also worth it to note that half the seating is outdoors, so if that’s not your thing (but you still want to come to the restaurant), you’ll need to come at an even bigger off hour.They serve skewers here. The food is pretty normal here, and is quite expensive on the whole. We got a number of pretty standard items, like grilled beef, grilled vegetables, an udon... standard stuff. The total bill for two people came out to be like $340 HKD. I think it’s quite a bit for what it isWould I come back again? Maybe. It’s a lot of money but skewers are popular. Maybe I could find some way to just make them at home though
