Fresh Fig Tart $68w/ Fresh Fig, Fig Mousse, Fig Jam📍Bookmark咗好耐既既cafe💖 今次叫比較少有既無花果撻🤎 賣相睇落唔錯 但食落無花果jam夾慕絲又有少少奇怪 而且口感唔夠滑身🥺 整體黎講新鮮無花果既甜味提升咗整個撻既層次 有一種清新自然既感覺🥰Wanna go this flowery cafe for so long🌷 and I try this fig tart finally😚 the presentation was nice but the fig mousse was quite weird & fig mousse can be more smooth😌 Fig was fresh & sweet, the tart was quite crunchy with a buttery flavour. 堂食牛角包有得選擇叫店員翻熱💭 食落外面幾酥鬆同有牛油香🤩 加埋份量剛好 用黎當早餐/tea都唔錯🤤
🥐 was heated up, layers of the croissant was buttery & flakey🧈, the portion is just right for breakfast 😋

黑芝麻抹茶拿鐵既誕生係源自於店舖既夏日主題—百年輪 💫 而且代表住係叢林入面稀有既樹木🌲 更重要既係去保護佢哋 而呢杯latte既配合的確罕見✨ 黑芝麻入口濃密 而面層既抹茶亦夠細滑而且帶回甘 個人認為未攬勻之前較好飲🥳
