Spend a cold winter day here at < PHI Coffee & Pancake > with Moomin!
This winter, PHI collaborates with The Moomins and offers a range of dishes featuring the characters in the story.
You can find characters of The Moomins in all the seasonal dishes which are just too cute.
PHI specialises in Japanese souffle pancakes so we definitely had to try one of those airy, fluffy goodies. Did not disappoint!

其中一個是這家主打梳乎厘班戟的咖啡店《PHI Coffee & Pancake》
臨近冬日，他們更與「姆明一族」合作，讓食客可以跟姆明一起迎接白色聖誕🎄
-2022年初才開業的太古分店走簡約、木系風格
店內寬敞，有不少卡座，坐得舒服
臨近聖誕節，店內也放上聖誕樹和其他聖誕裝飾，充滿節日氣氛🎅
餐廳還推出了季節限定「姆明系列」餐牌，看起來就像一本故事書一樣

〔姆明冰雪探險〕以椰子配搭咖啡，口感幼滑、味道濃郁

意大利飯看上去有點寡，但吃起來還是份量十足的
質感creamy，青醬味道濃郁；大蝦新鮮爽彈
芝士上還有史力奇的樣子呢

班戟以姆明作造型，很可愛，質感略嫌偏硬
還有太陽蛋、煙三文魚、大啡菇、牛油果、香腸、茄汁豆等

最後少不了這裡的招牌菜〔梳乎厘班戟〕
份量十足，有足足三件厚厚的班戟
班戟充滿空氣感，口感鬆軟、軟綿綿，帶淡淡的蛋香
另外還有草莓、白巧克力碎、姆明和小美造型曲奇餅乾，打卡度十足
