Enjoyed a relaxing meal at this cozy, homey cafe in Tseung Kwan O. Feels like it serves mainly residents nearby (as it is located inside a residential area), but I feel like it is worth visiting even for people not living in TKO.

The restaurant features wooden furnitures with dim lighting - loved the warmth and coziness and almost felt a Christmassy ambience! -
Their signatures are house-made pizzas, pastas and French crêpes. You can't go wrong with these!
We did try a pizza, pasta and a crêpe as recommended by staff and to our surprise, they were really nice!
The pizza crust was thin and crispy, with toppings and a house-made tomato sauce full of umami.
The pasta dish - paccheri with seafood - was a blast too. Highly recommended.

北歐生活態度「Hygge」意思是溫暖、舒適,大概是尋找生活中的小確幸的意思?位於將軍澳的《Hygge》就正正能夠帶給食客這樣溫暖的感覺
餐廳以復古木系裝潢為主,燈光昏暗柔和,感覺溫暖,還有些聖誕氣氛呢
加上親切的店員和同樣友善的其他客人,真令人有家的感覺

這裡主打手製披薩、意粉、可麗餅
店員介紹餐牌時說到餐牌最近更新了,向我們推薦了各樣招牌菜式
店員介紹得很吸引,所以她推薦的,大部分都點了🤣
披薩、意粉、可麗餅的確很不錯,更是一試難忘!

餐廳位於將軍澳海天晉滙,感覺是附近居民的街坊食店,但區外人也不妨特地到訪,可能會有驚喜!

意式生牛肉薄片伴布拉塔芝士 ($188)
Beef carpaccio w/ Burrata cheese
首先來一份前菜~
這裡的生牛肉薄片以牛柳製成,每一片都薄如紙、吹彈可破,用叉輕輕一戳就散開
肉質柔嫩非常,配上以chorizo sauce跟芥末製成的醬汁,還有Burrata cheese,相當惹味
碟邊還放上兩塊薄脆麵包,可以伴著一起吃,更添層次

意式風乾豬臉頰薄餅 ($178)

然後就是餐廳的招牌菜式 自家製披薩啦!
披薩尺寸為10",兩三人分吃都適合
餐牌上有介紹這裡的披薩製作方法:麵糰用上法國 T-65 和 意大利 00 麵粉,再用上兩天時間雙重發酵;番茄醬也指定用上意大利的San Marzano番茄混合秘密香料製成,絕不馬虎!
披薩批邊厚身,但空氣感重,帶焦脆,不膩;麵糰鬆軟濕潤又充滿小麥香
批底較薄,所以每一口都吃到滿滿的配料味道
這款風乾豬臉頰薄餅是新推出的菜式
豬臉頰油潤、肉香豐富,不過份量不多,味道不太突出
配料裡有artichoke (雅枝竹),帶柔柔的酸味,中和膩感
特別一讚在披薩跟碟中間有一塊帶孔的隔層,所以批底較不容易被底部的水氣弄軟

海鮮水管麵 ($228)
Paccheri w/ mixed seafood
手打 pacherri (大水管麵) 不常見啊!質地很厚,面積之大令它超掛汁,而且口感彈牙
配料有種類豐富的海鮮;醬汁也用上海鮮加入番茄醬調配,海鮮味突出
尤其是意粉相當掛汁,每一口都有豐富的味道在口中爆發!

法式火焰焦糖可麗餅 ($78)
Crêpe Suzette
為了火焰效果而點的這款XD 不過火焰效果只維持一秒就消失,一瞬即逝的美好啊~
不過整體味道很好啦。首先可麗餅皮薄、口感煙靭軟綿、味道蠻香,加入了橙皮、檸檬皮、放上橙肉,加點酸甜的清新感;製作火焰效果的香橙甜酒也加添了一點酒香~
