[ Pizza Edi 🍕 ] and [ Pappardelle Paper Moon ($218) ] were really nice.

《Paper Moon》是一家來自意大利米蘭的老店
於1977年開業，至今已經在世界各地擁有數間分店
香港的分店為品牌唯一一間在亞洲的店🇭🇰
位於海港城，坐擁270度維港海景🌊
還設落地玻璃窗，透入絕佳景觀
非常適合慶祝或聚會呢！

這次是第二次到訪，選擇了吃午餐
意大利薄餅、手製意粉有水準，相當滿足!
白天的時候，海景都十分漂亮！⛅
不妨在訂座的時候問問可否安排窗邊座位～

店員首先端上麵包籃跟黑醋、橄欖油三款麵包包括focaccia、麵包棒、薄脆餅乾
其中最喜歡focaccia～蘸上黑醋、橄欖油一齊吃很享受
還忍不住添了一籃😋

[ Pizza Edi ] 是這裡的招牌披薩之一🍕用上了辣肉腸、番茄、mozzarella、新鮮辣椒等
味道惹味，番茄味、芝士味十足
厚度剛好，餅底、餅邊脆口，中間鬆軟，口感剛剛好

這道也是他們的招牌之一哦🍝採用餐廳手製的寬條麵，蛋香十足
質感彈牙、有咬口，也可以緊緊地抓住醬汁
配上煙燻pancetta同香濃番茄忌廉汁
滋味滿滿！❤️
