So happy we discovered this new Spanish restaurant in Wan Chai!
It's located on Queen's Road East, at a location easily accessible from both Wanchai and Admiralty.
Their name, < La Resaca >, translates to "hangover" in English. Surely you could get a hangover from all the alcoholic drinks here, but we didn't as we only had their draft beer [ Estrella Damm Lemon ] with a low ABV. But we certainly enjoyed that as it was so refreshing, so lemony! 🍋🍻
Be sure to pair with a [ Crispy pork knuckle ] too if you're visiting during happy hour! A set of a pork knuckle and two draft beers only costs $248.
Other dishes were equally finger-licking good. And staff was so friendly as well!
Can't wait to visit again.

尤其是最吸引、最划算的〔Cheers Moments〕套餐

餐廳空間看起來不大
地下這一層主要是單邊座位，旁邊就是廚房
桌子不大，勉強能放得下三四道菜
但原來他們還有樓上一層，空間很大
還有一間包廂！跟朋友包房一起吃吃喝喝一起玩就最開心啦！

餐廳提供的生啤是這款西班牙檸檬啤酒
六成地中海啤酒、四成檸檬的比例，調配出自然清爽味道
帶清新的檸檬香氣🍋，而且沒有一般啤酒的苦澀
超適合不太會喝酒的朋友！

套餐裡包含脆皮豬手
預先已切好，再組裝整齊，吃得很方便✨
外皮超香脆，厚度夠，但不硬、不難咬
肉質軟腍不乾柴，但筋位滿多
蘸上蜜糖芥末醬一起吃，必勝配搭～
配上一杯啤酒亦是相當和味！

份量豐富的海鮮舖滿整盤西班牙飯，超級足料，超有誠意！❤️
海鮮很多，有海蝦、原條魷魚、帶子、青口
全都肉質飽滿、味道新鮮
非常impressive！✨
飯粒粒粒分明，每一口都伴著濃厚的海鮮味道
裡面還加入了西班牙辣肉腸粒，加添整體口感跟味道層次
份量滿大，兩到四個人分吃都足夠🥘
