Their 【6" Raspberry pistachio cheesecake】 is what every pistachio lover has been dreaming for! Pistachio chiffon cake layers, pistachio whipped cream, pistachio cookie and a pistachio cheesy lava sauce! 💚💚
The "mochiffon cake" is centered with an ooey pistachio cheese lava sauce which gushes out when cut open - so so satisfying to watch and taste!
Particularly loved that raspberry compote layer which added a sour touch to the rich pistachio flavor.
