『各種特色咖啡//有heart小店』@𝙳𝚎𝚊𝚛 𝙽𝚎𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚋𝚘𝚛, 𝚂𝚊𝚒 𝚆𝚊𝚗⠀⠀⠀那天跟 @bellywongs 一起來西環尋找隱藏於大街小巷的Cafe。第一站來到了這家要走一段斜坡才能到達的小店。⠀入座後，店主親切地介紹了各種食物，還特地詳細講解了不同種類的咖啡給我們，完全感受到他對這份工作的熱誠。⠀由於這只是我們的第一站，所以只點了一個主食和一個甜點（還有一杯只有我喝的特色咖啡）。⠀⠀Visited this cafe high up on the hill in Sai Wan. 提拉米蘇咖啡⠀
𝗧𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘂 $55⠀
做了功課才來訪的，老闆介紹咖啡種類後，我就直接問這款了。這杯咖啡是用Irish Coffee作為基底，也有可可粉撒在表面，真的有幾分像真的提拉米蘇。咖啡味道不算很濃，酒精味也不算明顯，對我來說是好事，加上可可的味道，又有點像Mocha。不過可能我喝不慣，覺得有點太甜，還是普通無糖熱咖啡比較適合我。⠀
They use Irish Coffee as the base, and add choco powder on top, taste a bit like mocha, quite special and unique. But for me, a bit too sweet coz I don't get used to drinking sweet coffee. ⠀

露荀蘑菇菠菜意粉⠀
𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 - 𝗔𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝘂𝘀, 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗵 $70⠀
意粉硬度剛剛好，不會煮過頭，做到 Al Dante 的口感，值得一讚。味道方便還算豐富，醬汁頗creamy，應該是菠菜忌廉，加上露荀爽脆的口感，整體不會覺得膩。⠀
The texture of spaghetti is just right, al dante, not too soft nor too hard. The sauce is cramy spinach sauce, with crunchy asparagus and also mushroom together, it's creamy and fresh at the same time. ⠀

豆腐竹炭慕斯蛋糕⠀
𝗧𝗼𝗳𝘂 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 $60⠀
其實本人對於慕斯蛋糕沒什麼興趣，但因為同行美人難得吃這個味道的蛋糕，就點來試試看！上桌的時侯，蛋糕已經非常有動感，上下左右不斷搖晃震動，非常可愛。不過豆腐的味道不算濃郁，如果更加濃厚會更棒！不過質地很細滑，是我喜歡的質地。⠀
Personally I'm not into any mousse cake. But this one is quite good, out of my expectations. The mousse is smooth, but the taste of tofu can be stronger to make it more flavourable.⠀
