『望住大館嘆意大利菜//靚景配手拉煙靭PIZZA』@𝑩𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒐, 𝑪𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒍⠀⠀Finally here in Babacio, a pizza place in my bucket list! ⠀一直想來呢間餐廳，終於有機會啦！一邊食住Napoleon Pizza，一邊望住大館，好chill呀😚⠀⠀Their welcoming drink is a Citrus mocktail, very refreshing and yum! ⠀順帶一提呢度既mocktail都唔錯🤤 我今次飲呢杯酸中帶甜，滿滿citrus味😋 好開胃💯⠀⠀𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙯𝙤𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙤 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚⠀The starter is a deep fried pizza cone with cheese, tomatos and basil! 呢個前菜係一個pizza筒，炸左之後非常煙靭，又唔會好油膩，唔錯👍🏻 裡面有芝士同番茄，算係好普遍既pizza口味。⠀

𝙋𝙞𝙯𝙯𝙖 - 𝙁𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙖⠀
It's the chewist pizza I havr ever had 😍 They told me it's traditional Napoleon style pizza, it's hand tossed so the dough remains thin but still chewy! 💯🍕 Love the lemon juice together with the cheese, what a great combination. 👍🏻⠀

Pizza就試左呢個Futura，唔同一般Pizza，佢呢個base唔係用番茄醬，而係用芝士鋪面，上面有少許檸檬汁同開心果碎，增加口感同埋比較開胃。不過始終因為基本上都係芝士，所以會比較漏呀。而pizza上面有4片火腿，略嫌太薄同唔夠味，存在感唔高。Pizza Dough真係非常出色❤️ 可能因為手拉既關係，所以做到薄得黎又煙靭既效果💯⠀

It's Gnocchi time! I have always wanted to try😉 But I think the texture of Gnocchi is just not my cup of tea. But really love the porcini and asiago cheese inside 😍⠀

今次係我人生第三次食Gnocchi，只可以話個人唔太喜歡Gnocchi既口感。上網search左原來正宗既Gnocchi唔係煙靭 但我一直以為應該係煙靭既 但配上菇菇🍄同芝士🧀，味道的確唔錯👍🏻 如果多少少汁或者芝士，會更加好，無咁dry❤️⠀

𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙖 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙖, 𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮 & 𝙉𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖⠀
Time for dessert! It's a deep fried dough with Strawberries inside! Coated with sugar and some nutella, it's surprisingly not too sweet 💕 And this is chewy too! Even dessert is chewy🙌🏻⠀
甜品部分，感覺質地有少少似香港既沙翁，都係將麵團炸完之後裹上一層砂糖。但唔同之處係佢裡面有草莓蓉🍓 再配上少少Nutella 其實好好食😋⠀

Will be back next time to try out their pizzas of other flavours😋 really love the vibe! And maybe gonna come at nught next time, maybe a different atmosphere! ⠀
下次會再黎試試佢地其他口味既pizza，因為真係好好食好煙靭😋 加埋個景色認真好chill😍⠀
