It is stunning to have this high-quality mini wagyu burger in an afternoon set. The wagyu is tender and juicy, and it is appetizing with just a little bit of seasoning.

流心抹茶撻 (Matcha Lava Tart)
抹茶味道濃烈，甘為主，甜為輔。撻皮酥脆，配上內裡嘅流心，形成強烈嘅對比。
The matcha lava tart is exceptionally rich in matcha flavour. The contrasting texture of the matcha lava and the tart makes it unique.

雲卷 (Soft Roll)
雲卷有兩款口味，分別係原味同松露朱古力。原味用上自家製煉奶，味道唔會好甜。而朱古力嘅味道都重，上面配上一片嘅松露。而雲卷嘅質感都好鬆軟。
There are two flavours for the soft rolls, which are condensed milk and truffle chocolate respectively. The condensed milk is home-made, and the flavour will not be too sweet. The chocolate flavour is strong and is topped with a slice of truffle. The texture of the soft rolls is fluffy.

由番茄、紅菜頭同椰子水調配而成，味道酸酸甜甜，帶冰涼口感。
Marble Florals is made of tomato, beetroot and coconut water, that gives and sweet and sour flavour with an icy texture.

Dream in the mud
依款由紫薯同烏龍茶混製而成，紫薯嘅香甜頗為突出。
Dream in the mud is made of purple sweet potato and oolong tea. The sweet taste from the sweet potato is outstanding.

Swallowtail
以霖酒同椰子水作為主調，表面再伴以淮山片，富有奶滑嘅質感。
Swallowtail is made of rum and coconut water and is topped with a slice of Chinese yam. This gives a milky texture to the drink.
