I rated them ‘Poor’ because of their HORRIBLE queueing arrangement, not because of their food. They have 1 queue for buying food (both dine-in & takeaway) and another queue for waiting tables. It is ridiculous because the 2 queues move at different speeds and you have to send one person to queue per queue. Since people from the same party may arrive at different times to queue, some parties may get to order but not have seats yet or vice versa. If it is your turn to order food, but your friend is not the first in the seating queue, they make you wait until the friend is first. However, if it is your turn to go in for seats, but your friend is not in the top few for buying food, they still let you in, resulting in many people inside with no food orders yet, but some people outside with food orders. This makes the queue unnecessary longer and quite unfair.

If there were only 1 queue for buying food before you could be let in for seats in the first place, there would not be confusion and extra waiting time. I really hope the queueing arrangements could be changed.

We queued for almost an hour. We ordered a Hojicha Warabimochi Parfait ($88) and a Matcha Soft Serve with Nama Chocolate ($45). They were both not bad, but not worth queueing for an hour.
