The tiramisu has a delicious chocolate and cheese flavor, with a smooth texture, and there's a layer of finger biscuits soaked in coffee between the filling and the tart crust, which is quite thoughtful. The pistachio tart could use a bit more pistachio flavor, but the lemon and grapefruit tart has a soft cake layer infused with the aroma of yuzu, and the tartness of the lemon curd mousse adds depth to the overall taste. It's also a masterpiece in terms of creativity.
