2009-02-07簡直豈有此理，未想過我有機會寫番篇非食評話說我一早就好有planning 咁o係一月二十八日打去呢間o野book 檯。當時佢要求我俾晒名、全名、電話、信用卡號碼、expiry date 去俾佢o地deposit 二百元講完以上資料後，個西人已經親口話: Your booking has been reserved但直至今日為止，我都無見佢debit 我credit card account，就打去查詢啦。擾攘一輪後，佢o地check 埋卡中心，話無扣到我錢(我夠知啦)，而店內booking 亦完全無我o既資料我就係咁質問佢o地攪乜，上星期邊個接我電話，係咪根本佢o地做漏o野。個西人淨係一味話full 晒無位，無我資料，起碼重複四次。仲同我講試o下book 其他D-Bay o既餐廳(真係好提議)，或者係咪book 錯第二間講o左咁耐一句道歉同補救都無，仲想趕我收線，好似我屈佢o地咁。最後我真係忍唔住問佢"那地獄是甚麼" 佢就即刻 thank you 兼收線我再打去，兩個鐘內都無人再接電話當然，得番一星期，乜正常餐廳都full 晒啦。所以我先至咁憤怒，尤其這種日子，完全

我唔知佢o地係咪有咩古惑去留o左檯俾外國人/熟人，但我一定唔會再嘗試幫襯
To the restaurant's boss/staff, if you have luck to read this article, I want to tell you that you have disappointed me a lot on your service. I am confident to tell I have dialed the right number on 28 Jan 2009 to reserve table for 14Feb dinner set.
I have given my full name, English name, cell phone number, credit card number and its expiry date. After that I was told the reservation has been made.
But I wait until 07 Feb, I find there is no money deducted from my credit card yet for the $200 deposit. So I phoned and checked, after a few rounds its claimed no money has been deducted, my information is also not found on the restaurant record. I was just continuously told that all tables are full, I better ask another restaurant, or I might even booked another restaurant.
I was really so angry and felt helpless during the call. No apology has ever been heard. I called again and again within the next 2 hours and none picked the call. I am so disappointed on the whole event and cannot imagine to give any trial on it later on.
I only suspect the restaurant staff has made something wrong seriously or secretly reserve the table for someone else instead.
