平時返學經沙田都唔知原來開左間台式餐廳，趁有日早放學就決定去試試佢😌 佢嘅位置都好方面，就喺新城市廣場隔離嘅偉華中心，而且門面非常顯眼👍🏼 佢地走半自助形式，出面落單再攞牌搵位等餐到🍱 唯一挑剔嘅就係啲即棄餐具，好唔環保🥺 This Taiwanese restaurant is located in Wai Wah Centre, right next to the mtr. 一碗白飯上鋪著五顏六色嘅配菜，例如青瓜、蛋餅、唐菜、粉絲同埋一定唔少得嘅滷肉 (+$12)，非常豐富😍 上面再有一塊厚厚嘅雞排，面積仲大過我隻手，肉質鮮嫩多汁🍗 滷肉雖然偏鹹，但撈飯食真係無得輸😙
All sorts of sides were laid out on top of a layer of rice, such as cucumbers, fried egg, vermicelli and their signature marinated pork. The chicken was thick and very tender.

Taiwanese Traditional Grill Pork Soup Noodles
烤豬肉雖然有啲薄，但口感依然軟嫩，豬肉香味特出🥩 湯麵用左幼細嘅麵條配清甜嘅湯底，如果覺得唔夠味可以喺出面嘅自助調味站到加料😎
The grilled pork was a bit thin, but still juicy. Thinly sliced noodles in a clear broth was just what I needed on this cold day. There’s also a flavouring station outside where you can help yourself to more seasonings.
香蔥油燙青菜 $14
Scallion Oil with Veggies
香蔥油加喺鮮甜嘅生菜後更加特出佢嘅保留香蔥本身的甘甜與濃郁香氣🥬
The oil on top was packed with the aroma of scallions, which helped to elevate the flavours of normal boiled veggies.
茉香蘋果茶

呢到嘅飲料都係自家製🥤酸甜嘅蘋果味加上醇香嘅茉莉茶入口甘甜而不苦澀🍎
This is their homemade drink, sweetness from the apple with the rich tea flavours created a perfect balance.
熱金橘檸檬茶
Hot Mandarin Lemon Tea
成熟了的金桔帶著甘甜嘅味道，再配搭微酸嘅檸檬解膩一流🍋
You could the sweetness and sourness from the mandarin and lemon, which was very appetising.
