鹰嘴豆泥是每一個素食者的入門料理，亦係地中海菜的經典前菜。配彼得包食，入口好creamy 好幼滑，豆香與橄欖油配合得天衣無縫。沙律🥗的颜色很漂亮，味道有少酸甜，好清新的口感，我放埋落彼得包內拼Dips又有另一番風味！健康飽腹之選～

每份約七寸，切八小件，一大口份量的黑松露野菌包。吃後不但不會愈食愈乾，反而會想再吃。好吃味的野菌，味道是帶甜的～

摩洛哥煲仔燉煮和牛尾、紅蘿萄、杏仁
和梅乾配中東米飯，煮得好淋好入味！
這完全不是壓力煲燉煮出來的效果。Tangia 依靠悶燒灰燼的低熱來烹製，需要更長的時間，其肉質非常嫩，入口即化。和牛超嫩，是那種包括骨頭、肌腱和脂肪部分，在長時間烹飪後會變成凝膠狀。搭配的中東飯也不錯。真的是秘速KO!

signature (and definitely addictive) masterpiece
of Middle East desserts. Oven baked shredded filo pastry with cheese curd and rose syrup.
甜品也是充滿驚喜。第一次吃，開心果給得特別多，一絲一絲的kadaif，烤到金黃色後吃起來很香脆。中間還藏著乳酪，開心果什麼的。淋上了玫瑰糖漿，吃一口滿口花香瀰漫開來。弄得不會太甜也不會漏，完美的收尾☺️
