雖然近排天氣開始熱，但都無損我想食韓燒嘅興致，所以，約咗朋友去尖沙嘴試新餐廳😋Although it's getting hot in HK, I was still craving for a good korean bbq! 餐廳位於亞士厘道，一穿過海防道間萬寧隔離個商場仔就到，非常方便！The restaurant is located in the central area in Tsim Sha Tsui, which is really convenient and easy to access. 餐廳都幾闊落，侍應服務也很好，一坐低就放下前菜、燒烤醬汁和生菜。The staffs are helpful and attentive, which is a big plus! 我和朋友一行三人叫了一個牛肉拼盤、大蝦和黑毛豬肉。無論是肉類定係蝦都非常新鮮，醃製了的肉不會過咸，味道很好。而沒有經過醃製的肉則原汁原味，配搭泡菜、一口白飯用生菜包着吃非常有韓國風味！
Me and my friends have ordered a beef set, shrimps and iberico pork chops from Jeju Island. The marinated beef tastes so good as it was not too salty nor too mild. On the other hand, the non-marinated iberico pork is a perfect choice to roll with a piece of fresh lettuce pairing up with kimchi and rice!

對我來說，除了新鮮的肉，我每次食韓燒最期待的就是爐邊的蛋和泡菜。細問之下，原來蛋和泡菜都是經過多次自家調製和改良的，難怪我自己一人就吃了兩碟泡菜🙈
For me, except a good piece of meat, the sides are also important for korean bbq. And, this reataurant provides a really delicious egg and kimchi. They told me that they have tried many times in order to make the perfect taste for both the egg and kimchi, no wonder I finished two plates of kimchi by myself.
不論是從食物質素還是服務態度，我都感受到滿滿的誠意，所以未來有機會我應該會再幫襯。而我相信這個未來應該不遠，因為餐廳新張期間有8折！😄
I was really satisfied with the quality of both the food and the services. So, I believe that I will go there again in future. And, I also believe that this future is not far away as they are offering 20% discount to celebrate their opening!
