☕️🍳如果你都鍾意假日蒲Café，Cafe REVOL嘅咖啡同埋All day breakfast 一定唔會令你失望✨ 佢哋不論食具或裝潢，都係行型格工業路線，最欣賞係佢哋食材非常新鮮，而且份量足夠！首先講吓咖啡，Nutty Dirty 味道香醇，一般飲Dirty好怕一嚟到啲奶同啡已經融合哂。但呢度嘅奶夠thick，做到分層效果同口感，見到影咗咁耐啲啡同奶仲未blend哂就知😛佢哋嘅雞蛋用咗日本頂級蘭王雞蛋 🍳色澤偏橙黃，蛋味濃郁炒得滑溜，而Sourdough麵包夠酸同軟綿。個人覺得 Edinburg Cottage 較豐富同多sides，食完會有滿足感，做brunch就啱哂！如果想食得light啲，就推介 Revol Special，多士有乾果同果仁，香脆帶甜，而且仲有細碗藜麥同埋雜果穀物乳酪，係健康之選。Egg Benedict配上muffin burger，連埋完熟牛油果同煙三文魚好夾，而蛋嘅生熟到都控制得好。但自己唔太食生嘢，如果要揀會鐘意之前兩個All day多啲🤣◆Come visit Cafe REVOL for their freshly brewed coffee an

Come visit Cafe REVOL for their freshly brewed coffee and all day breakie as it certainly won’t disappoint you✨ Their dirty is rich and nutty, the coffee still stands up to the milk after a while hence you can first taste the hot and cold layers. Trust me, it’s sensational and sip after sip 😛
Carefully selected, their eggs are from Japan’s top notch farm 🍳 While the scrambled eggs are creamy and buttery, the buttered sourdough is slightly acidic, soft and moist. If you’re up for a satisfying brunch, Edinburg Cottage would be a great choice as the portion is large and there’re a lot sides. For those who’s up for a lighter meal, pick Revol Special which serves with quinoa and fruit yogurt. The egg Benedict was served with muffin burger, and it’s impeccable with smoked salmon and sliced avocado!
